my favorite part of epidemiology is that it's literally a zombie episode. like it's not a homage. they're not pretending to be zombies and they don't have a stand-in idea that is supposed to be an allegory for zombies the way paintball = wartime or chicken = mafia. everyone ACTUALLY got brain-altering poisoning that turned them into mindless zombies. the US government was ready to shoot the dean and kill everyone in the building. 10/10 episode but it's actually insane if you think about it for more than five seconds
