Nuggets, Salads, and Autumn Ballets

So if you live somewhere that understands the concept of seasons, you're probably not familiar with the autumn of denial that plagues my region of the country. Some people might know what I'm talking about, that ever frustrating period of having to wear warm clothes in the morning only to shed them by the time you make it to lunch.

I let Hope be that thing with feathers for me just long enough this morning to dawn my favorite Totoro shirt and cozy undershirt. All was in vain, however, when I left my class with the sun shining on my face and the heat seeping into my clothes. Avast, cruel confused weather, avast.

The nuggets I ingested with my "salad" (spinach and cottage cheese) didn't help matters because even the cafeteria is plagued by someone unwittingly turning the heat on in hopes of a chilly afternoon.

In the end though, at least pineapple exist.
