There were few time in her life that Yagi was disappointed in the people he swore to protect this was defiantly one of them.
Being part of a cluster opened his eyes to many things he didn’t notice before like how others treat the quirkless.
Seeing it through izuku’s eyes(literally) was alarming and painfully. He was enraged using more force then necessary when dealing with villains, then once he had calmed down he started to wonder how he could help the quirkless.
He blused a bit when the members of his clustered suggested a few things while nana tried to convince izuku this was necessary not only for him but for all the others who lack a quirk in the present and future.
‘look Izuku i promise that going to the police won’t hurt Bakugo-san, in fact it will help him it will show him what he is doing to wrong and allow him to correct himself.’ he was thankful that nana seeemed to be making progress in getting izuku to tell the athorityes.
‘but what if-’ izuku was intrupted by second
they could feel the guilt that was coming from second and understood it when he spoke, ”are you the only person that he hurt?” they could see brief flashs of other faces scared and burned,” they aren’t safe either because of that boy and your school someone needs to save them will you be that person or abandon them like other have done?!”
‘dud that is low!’ banjo said but none of them could deny that it worked, as they could feel izuku determination burning.
‘I’ll tell my mother...can one of you be with me when i do?’
‘of course kid, we would be there i even if you didn’t want us there’ nana said smiling bright. all might herd a door open making him look up from his desk, it was his PR manger ‘should have paid more attention to the clock’ japans number one hero thought to himself as his manger sat acrros the desk.
“okay so what did you wan to talk about?” she was stright to the point as alway and very skilled and efficient sometime to the point of being scary.
“on a reciet walk, in my civilian form, I had happened to overhear a conversation between two middle schoolers. one of them had told the other that if he wanted a quirk so badly he should take a swan dive off the school roof.” he could see the contined fire in her eyes, “all while burning the other students shoulder with his quirk. i wasn’t able to talk to both of them but the quirkless one i was able help them treat there shoulder and i tried to convince them to tell the police, after he vented to me about the other student, but they did want to harm the other chances of getting into a hero school.” it was only years of practice that kept yagi’s voice even.
“there are a long list of things we can do about this but you should expect a instant change this is a problem of prejudice!”
“i know but i don’t plain to stand by while people are being harmed because there lack of a quirk.” that seemed to be the right thing to say because his manger smiled.
“good the first thing that needs to be done is research perpare some talk shoes, would you happnen to know how to contact the quirkless student?
“he was wearing his school uniform so i could probaly find his school and i gave him my number if he needed help”
“get in contact with him if you can, mean while I’m going to do some research and email what I find. you so own me for this because i can already tell im going to find some really unpleasant things” Yagi only laughed but he knew she was right many unpleasant things indeed.
izuku tried to calm his frantic heart as he sat the table for dinner, he ate in silnce for a while he didn’t even know where to start this conversation.”izuku is something wromg?”
the younger greenette’s gaze snapped away from his plate, ”n-no i mean yes” inko put down her chopsticks giving her son her full attention, “i-it about school my classmates and teacher they don’t treat me kindly beacuses of my lack of q-quirk.” if izuku was looking at his mother he could have noticed the rage that crossed his mothers face briefly. gentaly she asked if bakugo was helping him, ”n-no h-hes the worst of them.”
then with speed one would expect of a women of her size she moved around the table and wrapped her arms around her son, who broke down there crying into her shoulder wraaping his arms around her afried she might disapper
