Sunday study session with my bestie 💕
Returned to my dorm yesterday. I just couldn’t concentrate on my paper with my family and friends around. Hopefully I’ll finish it until the deadline.

Favourite polaroid, favourite planner spread and favourite scent of this year. Despite this year being a rollercoaster for most of us - reflecting on the positives has made me feel a bit less weary for 2021. I'm sending you all good vibes for the year to come, let's hope it'll be nice to us all 💌

I’m on a personal challenge to read through Namjoons reading recommendations, I loved some of the ones hes mentioed. And think we fairly have similar taste. Although namjoon didn’t really recommend almond, but when I saw yoongi pick it up (I’m talking about bts in the soop) he was writing so many notes, my curious brain wanted to read it for myself. It’s a pretty quick read, I never really knew where it was going but over all I fell in love with they way it was narrated. It’s a debut author as well, you get to read a letter from her and the translator which was a beautiful added on touch to read their perspective of the novel at the end. It made me rethink about how important the translators role is when it comes to rewriting someone’s Novel in a whole different culture & vernacular. I’m gonna read demian by Hermann Hesse next which I’m super excited to get into!
Socials
Ever since I quit my job, I told myself to give some days to live a non routine life. Enjoyed the stream of existence without thinking much about what time of the day it is. It felt really nice, and something I needed. although I must admit most of it was me watching bts in the soop and dancing to their songs. But now it’s time for me to get back into a more productive routine again.

july 22, 2020 - finally, a haikyuu spread
“everything is in constant motion and change, yet somehow caught in a gripping attraction almost too awesome to comprehend.”
that’s exactly how i would describe haikyuu, my most favorite anime of all time. it has helped me so much in getting through hard times, and it’s one of my biggest sources of motivation. i find pieces of myself in every character, which makes haikyuu so much more enjoyable and relatable. rewatching it is always a joy, as i experience the emotions all over again and notice things that i hadn’t before. i actually made this spread a while ago, but i figured that now would be a good time to share it. like many of you out there, i’m also sad that the manga has ended, but i will always cherish the memories that i’ve made with this series. thank you, haruichi furudate, for everything.
