The Chronicles of Citizen 145
#1- Who is Citizen 145?
10 years after a portal rift emerged in the town of Pleasantville, a figure emerged. Nothing was known about this figure, other than that he was not of Earth. He had no name. No form of identification. The town began to wonder: Who was he? What were his intentions? What secrets did he keep? Only time will tell
New Story

The Life of Max & Georgia
Chapter 10- New Home, New Beginnings
It’s been months now, since Iriq’s departure from Max & Georgia’s home, yet it a lingering presence was still felt. With that in mind, Max thought it was time for change. Following a significant promotion and pay-rise, Max decided that buying a new home would bring further happiness for Georgia, Joseph and of course himself...

Chapter 9: Iriq Leaves
Weeks had passed since Georgia had the discussion with Max over the problematic nature of having Iriq’s ghost in the house. After many hours reflecting on the best way to talk to Iriq, Georgia finally made the first move. She decided to wait until Joseph was asleep and Max was at work, to give Iriq the news...
Georgia: Iriq, can I talk to you for a moment?
It was beyond awkward  and surreal for Georgia, knowing that she was talking to entity and not an actual being.
Iriq: Absolutely Georgia. What seems to be the problem?
Iriq spoke in the same eloquent manner which he did when was alive, which was even stranger for Georgia.
Georgia: Iriq, I know you mean well, but you are proving to be a huge burden for Max & I. We also believe that you’re negatively influencing our son. So, unfortunately, we insist that you leave our home.
Georgia: I wish there was a way to make this work. But I think its just too problematic...
Iriq felt betrayed, but did as he was told.
Iriq: Before I leave, I must ask. Why did you bring me back to life, if this was how you were going to treat me?
The silence was deafening, as Georgia tried desperately to stick to her convictions. Moments later, Iriq left and the room suddenly got warmer... Georgia watched Iriq leave from the window

Chapter 8- Living with an Entity
Since the unexpected arrival of Iriq’s ghost, life has not been the same for Max, Georgia and Joseph. Joseph has been spending a lot of time with Iriq and this has seen Joseph act out against Max and Georgia.
Max: Do you see what you’ve done by bringing him here?
Georgia: I know, I know, I know. I MADE A MISTAKE!!!
Max: You NEED to fix this...Â

Chapter 7- Something Wicked This Comes
Georgia knew it was a bad idea. Â Max had pleaded for her not it. Her inner gut told her not to do it. But she did it anyway. The passing of her oldest friend Iriq had overwhelmed her and so when her scientist friend Eric told her they could possibly bring him back, she jumped at the chance. Little did she know, that this would change her life in unimaginable ways...
It was around 3.a.m when Max woke up and felt a sudden draft rush towards him. As he got up to close the window, he saw a transparent elderly figure standing in the corner. Max shrieked in terror and rushed to Georgia, who then explained to Max what she had done. Meanwhile, Iriq took advantage of Max & Georgia’s heated argument to approach Joseph, who was peacefully sleeping in his lavish crib. Iriq took him in his arms and slowly began to float through the walls of the house, without making a sound...

Chapter 6: New Beginnings
Max: You’re pregnant? OMG that’s wonderful
Max and Georgia embrace passionately
Max: Is it a boy or a girl? Please be a boy!!
Georgia: I don’t know yet... Let’s find out
There’s an envelope sitting on the bench. Max and Georgia open it...
Both: IT’S A BOY!!!
They embrace again.Â
6 months later...Â
Max and Georgia officially have a child.Â
Max: Are you sure you wanna go with Joseph?
Georgia pauses.
Georgia: Yes. I’m sure.
Max signs a form.
Max: Welcome to the family, Joseph Simic.Â
2 weeks later...
Life is perfect for Max & Georgia, at the minute. Joseph has bought a new sense of joy and purpose in their lives, and has bought them even closer. Georgia is using her maternity leave to write her memoirs as a politician. Meanwhile, Max continues to impress and is now the editor-in-chief of the Sunset Valley Herald. Little did they know that tonight was going to change everything...

Chapter 5: An Unexpected Arrival
Following their mutual declaration of love a week ago, life has been great for both. Max’s journalism career has been flourishing, and Georgia became the first female vice-president of Sunset Valley. With their respective promotions, Max & Georgia were finally able to buy a new place: as a couple.
With their new place now fully furnished, Max and Georgia finally felt a sense of pride about their lives. Max was up for a Pulitzer-Prize for two of his articles, while Georgia was  continuing to climb the political hierarchy.  However, a few nights ago, after a drunken sexual encounter, Georgia was feeling particularly nauseous and spent most of her weekend in the bathroom, throwing up. This could only mean one thing: Georgia was pregnant...
Georgia was fretting. The pregnancy test had confirmed what she had already feared, and she was now waiting for Max to get home. Georgia had no idea how she was going to tell him. Georgia knew that both she & Max were not ready for to have a child. They were way too young and massively unprepared. Suddenly, the door opened and Max walked in... Georgia gulped and sat Max down.
Do you have any advice for someone like me, whose just started a Simblr/SimLit blog?
Do your thing. Seriously. Having a simblr is not about followers, its not about how many people like your posts or reblog your stuff. It is not about the drama. I always think of it as 2 things:
1. Like a personal diary. I just like posting my pictures so I can look back at them later.
2. Making friends. I met a lot of awesome people on here.
Don’t be afraid to talk to people, and don’t change your style to fit what you think people want. Don’t get involved in all the drama out there, and just ignore the mean nonny’s that might come along. This isn’t a popularity contest. Sure, having more followers is nice, but trying to force it is pointless. Let your blog develop and speak for itself. It is better to have less followers who actually follow you because they want to and not because you do giveaways etc. Mainly, just have fun!
I have had my blog for 2 years and my first posts have no comments at all. I thinks its only the last couple of months that it went up. I stay out of drama, I delete mean nonny messages, and if I like a person I will write them an IM. I share what I can, help where I can. I don’t advertise my stuff, I try to post as little non-sims as I can. But generally I post what I want to post and just enjoy doing it.
This isn’t highschool ;) And usually, its the quiet simmers in the background that are the ones I will follow.
The Life of Georgia & Max
Chapter 4: Conversations
Weeks have past since Max and Georgia kissed. For Georgia, it’s felt like eternity since Max uttered a word to her. However, Georgia was no longer going to sit and brood about this. Georgia was determined to force a conversation with Max.
Meanwhile, Max was principally focused on work, as he intends on moving into his own place. One of his work tasks, however, led him to a stunning woman called Tamara and has since become distracted. Yet, despite Tamara’s undeniable beauty, Georgia still loomed large in Max’s thoughts. But, after the kiss, Max could hardly look at Georgia without feeling embarrassed.
It was a particularly cold evening, when Max and Georgia finally sat down and talked about the kiss.
Georgia: So.... uhh...how have you been?
Max: Ummm.... Good I guess. You?
Georgia pauses for a minute. Max looked around the room, desperate for a distraction. The room was poorly lit and it occurred to Max that one of the lightbulbs may need to be changed. Max then turned his attention back to Georgia.
Georgia; Max, I really have to tell you something.
Max moved closer to Georgia.
Max: I, just wanna...(he is interrupted)
Georgia; Max, I’m in love with you...
Max and Georgia stare at each other for a moment. They both knew, then and there, that this was no longer just a friendship

Chapter 3: Fractured Friendship
It’s been 6 days since Max & Georgia inadvertently kissed at the local bar and things are not well. Max, whilst juggling his job as a freelance journalist, is constantly dating local women, one of them being Georgia’s boss Nina. Max’s thoughts, however, are only on Georgia and has been anxious about the kiss and how it will affect his friendship with Georgia.Â
Georgia, meanwhile, is struggling with her growing feelings for Max. Until the kiss, Georgia never saw Max as an attractive prospect. The kiss, however sparked a feeling, however, a feeling that she could not, despite all her efforts, eradicate. She spends her night watching garbage television shows and sleeping. Although her career path is moving forward at blistering speed, her social life has grinded to a halt.  She hasn’t talked to Max since the kiss, and is trying to work up the courage to talk to him about where they stand.
I know, Trent. I got the same expression when threatened by the pitchfork mob should I return from my anniversary celebration (after destroying some brain cells from drinking a little too much Riesling) without stories about a mystery duck in my pocket.
After having forced you into that awful time playing with a rubber ducky…I just don’t know what my life has become when ducks and now frogs have become a focus on this blog.
It is the magpies, I tell you. THE MAGPIES!
Trent and the thing wandering about (unedited extras)
So, maybe a little more than strangers, seeing as how they are friends now.

Chapter 2:Â Something Blossoms
It’s day two in the new house and Max is working hard to refine his debut novel. Georgia, meanwhile, is quickly establishing a much too friendly relationship with her boss Iriq, whose 20 years older. While Georgia is talking to her boss, she receives a call...
Georgia: Hello, Georgia speaking.
Max: Hey was just wondering what you’re doing after work?
Georgia pauses for a moment and looks at her Iriq. Iriq smiles, points at his watch, then walks away.
Georgia: ummm... nothing I guess? Why?
Max: Well I was wondering if you wanted go for some drinks and dinner after work?
Georgia: Sure, okay. But this is NOT a date... I don’t need anymore mess in my life
Max: Um, no-one said it was... But okay...
A few hours later and Max is sitting at the local bar, waiting for Georgia.
Max: (talking to himself): Where is she, where is she
His nerves begin to take over and Max gets up to leave... Suddenly, Georgia arrives in black crop-top and black jeans. Max is speechless... As Georgia approaches, instinct kicks in... Max runs to her and kisses her... Georgia is stunned as everyone begins to stare...
