trying to figure out how i wanna draw a historic version of a country that doesnt have a flag is so hard like what am i supposed to do. make them a cue ball??? i dont wanna do that ughhhh.

how do you guys feel about artistic nudity. like if i drew someone naked because they were a mermaid or something would you freak out.

i think belarus would also have a buneary that hasnt evolved yet because it doesnt like her that much Or russia and it specifically doesnt like bel because it has a grudge towards russia. it just does not like him at all. anti russian buneary. it would be a really funny dynamic. eventually she just needs to trade it to ukraine or something lol.

countryhumans and what i think their ace pokemon would be. maybe part one.

america; braviary. this one is pretty obvious. its the eagle pokemon in the america inspired region. though i think something like tautos or maybe blastoise would also work. but i like braviary because its just so on theme and obnoxious.

canada; sawsbuck. theyre originally from ames region but like theyre right next to each other they probably both have them. i think his favorite form would be the fall one.

russia; froslass. i think his whole team would be built around snow and her new mega is just the most obvious choice for a hail team. plus it works with his lonely theming since froslass prays on lonely lost travelers. they are thematic.

germany; i think he would be fond of klinklang. but his real ace would be rotom. i think rotoms flexibility and utility would be useful to him and also their dynamic would be very funny.

palau; lapris. its a ride pokemon so it would be great for island traversal but also it can shoot giant lazer beams at your enemies. win.

lebanon; i think a flabébé would be cute. less of an ace and more of a pokemon she keeps on her shoulder at all times. thats her emotional support ex-frenchie import.

vietnam; i think pangoro. or maybe just a pancham. i can see it being her favorite pokemon so she just over trains it and it kicks hella ass.

laos: quagsire. she wanted to just keep at as a wooper because hes mainly just emotional support however vietnam and cambodia actually like battling and obviously they're her friends and also she keeps forgetting to buy an everstone and eventually he evolved. i was also thinking a ratatta because of the laoation rock rat which is notable because its a part of a family thought to be extinct for 11 million years but i think she would enjoy a not so little wet guy

cambodia: dragonite. as i said before she does enjoy battling so a strong pokemon makes sense and also in the pokedex its said to be kind hearted and intelligent and i think she would appreciate that in an ace

nepal: minior. a weird little guy that may or may not be conscious is right up her alley. also the thing about minior is that they're kinda fated to die early due to falling down to earth and will eventually fade away and i feel likes shes one of the only people whos cool with that level of impermanence esp in her ace

china would have a dragonite as his ace maybe… or maybe hed prefer dragonair…? could settle for a middle ground and say mega dragonite. i just know he definitely loves dragon types and is some type of dragon type specialist or dragon tamer. i mean he himself is a dragon so maybe hes a dragon whisperer? that would be a really cool pokemon trainer title actually. i wonder if thats a trainer class or not. would be cool…

syria would have a cacturne. which is such an underrated pokemon btw. i love cacturne. i think his cacturne would work like a seeing eye dog except it wasnt trained and is more like an intern trying to stop a bomb from going off. cacturne loves him but he has given that thing so many heart attacks from syria and his friends sitcom ass bullshit they do. its awesome. i also think hed have an oshawott but thats unrelated. just vibes.

iran would LOVE garchomp. like thats his son. he probably found that thing as an egg and raised it as his own. thats his boy. his son that kicks ass. he also would fw luxray heavy it just wouldnt be his ace but its definitely 100% on the team.

ukriane i think unironically would have eevee and probably evolve it into a sylveon. he just seems like that kinda of guy. if not sylveon then leafeon. maybe he has both? aw wait thats cute. yeah hed have both i like that. so sweetsys.

for belarus because i like her im giving her one of my favorite pokemon. leavanny. its a really goated bug (and grass) type and i think shed find it super cute. i also think it fits her because in canon leavanny and its pre evolutions are used to help sew clothes and so i think it would help her with chores like that and also just wouldve accompanied her since childhood. so shed be really fond of it. thats her beloved little sprout.

crack au for CH: instead of humans they appear as eldritch abominations. like china appears as a humongous (i’m talking mountain-big) chinese dragon coloured red and gold with actual stars. ame is so obviously a giant eagle with a red white and blue trail behind him. the vatican might be a giant dove with three heads and six eyed wings. they ofc can still talk to humans but they are also like, distinctly not human.

it would be even funnier if they CAN appear in a human form (or like, close enough to human ig) but sometimes they specifically choose the abomination form because Funnies. idea: whenever ame gets a president or new senate law in debate he dislikes he just sits in his giant eagle form and stares ominously at everyone. and people are like “can’t you move the giant eagle OFF the capitol building’s roof?” except no one is brave enough to do that.

i know australia has a national animal but like. i also really REALLY want to make him Giant Spider. and you thought the huntsman was bad lmaooooo. everyone living in australia is like “ofc our spiders are humongous LOOK AT OUR COUNTRYHUM—THING? COUNTRYENTITY???”

this is funny because in my canon pre history countryhumans were actually just like this. like chinas first living ancestor was just straight up a giant fucking dragon practically the size of mountains. like thats just true thats canon. but only the really really really old ones were like that. its why modern day some countries are still part animal because all of them have roots in beasts.

they dont have human forms though the Really Fucking Ancient countries were just Beasts. like gods in creation myths all the future countries spawned from them and over time became more Human. you know how those stories go.

to me argentina is extremely pathetic instead of actively malicious. its so so so obvious she wants to be One Of The Good Ones and its super duper annoying for the rest of south america sure but like when england (can be subbed out with any great power) comes over for a stupid diplomatic meeting and shes buying him lunch and stuff and making """jokes""" about her being his favorite on the continent it gets a little sad. also for a human design she dyed her hair blonde and has bright blue contacts

i wouldnt say hed dye is hair blonde or wear blue contacts because thats just like dangerously towing the line between the whole "angantina is full of nazis and the descendants of the nazis" thing which i actively try to avoid because honestly its just annoying as shit and not funny. but a do agree with the idea that hes not like actively malicious. still bigoted in some way but probably just not actively or on purpose.

more or less hes just kind of a social outcast in his ingroup and like objectively annoying. most of his relationships can be summed up like this.

and i dont think hes a complete suck up either. he doesnt have the personality to actively kiss ass (at least to me and how i characterize him yours obviously sounds a bit different) but i do think he would "prefer the west" and have this view that the white majority countries and regions of the world are just "objectively better" in some way. either that their history is "more interesting" or theyre "more advanced" or whatever dumb shit like that. like white centrism. hes just racist. hes not even white himself hes very much mixed its just very much internalized self hatred. all his ass kissing is subconscious and not direct. he does more putting down others than actively trying to prop up the white countries. its like the crab bucket metaphor if that makes sense.

i dont even think its on purpose most of the time. i think its just something slammed into his brain so hard that his first reflex is to shit on people for the same traits he himself has. which is part of the reason people find him so annoying. hes just insufferable to be around and he doesnt even realize it. hes fixable though i dont think hes like so far gone hes evil or anything he just needs to crawl out of the hole he dug himself.

(also back on the hair topic…maybe he has those douche bag frosted tips. like the ones that make you look like an absolute jackass. LMAO. or choppy blonde highlights for a girl version of this.)
