Interviewer: Why do you want this job?
Guts: Well, I’ve always been passionate about not starving to death.
Interviewer: tell me about a time you made a mistake.
Griffith: I've done nothing wrong.
Interviewer: what is your greatest weakness in the workplace?
Piccolo: Are you fucking kidding me? What do you think my greatest weakness is? I'm green, you stupid shit.
Interviewer: What is your greatest weakness?
Goku: ...I don’t understand the question.
Interviewer: What is an area in which you consider yourself to be weak?
Goku: ...
Interviewer: ...
Goku: ...
Interviewer: ...Okay then. How about we come back to that one?
Interviewer: What would you look to accomplish in the first 30/60/90 days on the job?
Azula: Well, first I would discover weaknesses in your organization--kinks in the armor, if you will. Then I would exploit those weaknesses, turning all of your employees against you. I’d have your job in the first thirty days then move on to one of the intermediate managers, repeating the same steps over and over again until I get to CEO.
Interviewer: Tell me about a challenge or conflict you faced at work, and how you dealt with it.
Griffith: Well... one of my best employees once wanted to leave the company.
Interviewer: Oh, that’s a great example. How did you deal with that? Negotiate a deal that enticed him to stay?
Griffith: No. I challenged him to a duel, but I lost, so I fucked a princess instead.
Interviewer: What is your greatest weakness?
Castiel: ...I’m not exactly sure. I am vulnerable to many things, including angel blades... holy fire... certain forms of magic and warding...
Interviewer: I... meant in terms of the workplace.
Castiel: Oh. Um, maybe slushee machines. I find them very vexing.
