Take a deep breath and then exhale. But instead of exhaling fast make it drag out for as long as possible. I do it when I can’t fall asleep. It works okay. It helps me calm down so it might help you calm down too.

It’s been surprisingly busy lately. I hope things calm down a little. I’ve been tired and I feel bad for not paying as much attention to Nina. But she’s a dog so she doesn’t get mad thankfully.
