Nope because if I told you I would have to kill you. Kidding of course. Yes it is but mainly because I’m really hungover right now and chirpy people annoy me today. Of course I’m joking this place isn’t that bad, I mean it does have that perk.

Okay, well not going to ask even if it does not result in death then. Oh... sorry, have you tried one of those well known hangover cures?  Didn't realize you weren't a fan of chirpy people. I'll try and tone it down. Good, not a fan of rats or similar animals. I'm glad to hear it's not that bad. But do you just like to put people off by calling it a Hell Hole?

It’s just laziness really and spending my money on things I shouldn’t. Yes, there are so many situations to should never be way to chirpy. How would you know? You’ve been here a grand total of 5 minutes now, just be careful of the rats in the hallways.

Oh, do I even ask what you've been spending your money on? wait that's probably too nosy to ask anyway. So this is one of those situations? Well okay, but it just seemed it when I looked around. Wait rats? You've got to be joking, right?

You're? Oh... Nice to meet you too Nick. Way to chirpy? is there ever such a think as way to chirpy? I'm sure it's not a hell hole. It has a certain charm about the place.

Moving is a struggle, but as you live here already you done that before. But I guess you're one of mt neighbors or I hope you're, I'm Charlie. I just moved into three B. So looks like were going to be apartment building friends, wait that's totally cheesy sorry. So is this a nice place to live?
