Thinking of that scene in Beauty and The Beast where Belle is reading a book out loud and beast listens intently before begging her to read it again.

It made me think of a Freemance version where Alyx is watching Gordon work in the lab at White Forest, completely in his element and fascinating her with all the little experiments he’s running. <3

Also it reminded me of that scene at Black Mesa East when Alyx is humming as she casually works on the teleporter. It’s so freaking adorable, and I always imagine Gordon being enchanted by that. <3
