One little thing I always wished was brought up in the og show was Cedric's hair. SPECIFICALLY after Through the Looking Back Glass, when it's revealed WHY he has the white in his hair (which man I'll never get over them giving that an actual lore reason i love it SO MUCH!!!). Like just a little scene or something after he fixes Cordelia's hair where maybe she points out that he could fix his too, and he's just like Oh..... because it had never even crossed his mind. But then he looks down and sees Sofia and Calista, his expression melts into a gentle smile, and is just like "No... No, I think I'll leave it be. It's a part of who I am, and I think I'm finally starting to be okay with that." or something idk idk.
Because like it's very much a symbol of that day (The Incident), as much as Cordelia's hair was. A symbol of the day literally EVERYONE decided he was nothing but a worthless screwup, and a symbol he could do nothing to hide, unlike Cordelia (her wig), from himself nor anyone who was there. And even the aftereffects of the reputation spreading to people who weren't there, and people who weren't even BORN yet, such as those Hexley Hall kids from Substitute Cedric:
Because you just KNOW his hair had to hugely effect him, at least for a good while. You know he likely TRIED to figure out a way to hide it, yet every attempt and idea failed. It's a trauma trigger he literally cannot avoid, so eventually I'm sure he grew numb to it, but that had to take TIME. I imagine it had to be especially hard during his time at Hexley Hall, because maybe other kids and teachers etc knew him by name, or by his father's name, but the HAIR made him so easily and immediately identifiable. Made him stand out as a failure to everyone without ever even having to have met them.
