Unfinished sketch for a school assignment where we had to draw a "superhero" comicbook cover featuring ourself. I never finished the assignment but I really like the mock up I did.

It's kinda edgy but I was going through a rough patch™️ when I made it so its allowed

I’m started a new book binding project. Its gonna be a a sheikah slate from botw.

Its gonna open from the top, and most likely have some more “ancient” looking paper then the type I normally use (bleached thicker copy paper, so anything really). I’ve already done most of the 3d designs on it so far in paper clay. Its self-drying so I dont need to bake it. I’m gonna sand down some fine details then glue it all on with epoxy glue then paint. Theres probably better materials to use but I’m using what I got.

I cut out the handle, glued everything on, and added cardboard to the back for the lil circle to sit one. I used a bit of wire to make the circle more sturdy then incaseed it in clay. Then I added clay for the handle but making sure that it stayed flat underneath. I secured it with glue and then added the base layers of paint.

Its starting to become quite shiny so im probably gonna spray it down with mr super clear to make it more mat.
