hello, i know i never came back to this blog and i wish i did when i had the chance. i wanted to bring maddie into my mutant rp blog but i guess i can no longer do that. i'm not deleting this blog because i hold maddie and sulli dear to my heart and would like to keep the memories but i will not be returning here. thank you for making memories with my first indie krp muse. thank you for loving her and sulli.

hello !! so obviously i’m not on this blog as much as i am on my others and it’s mainly because my maddie muse is pretty low ( which sucks because i had just brought her back ) :c so i’ve decided to put this blog on a semi-hiatus. i’ll try to come around if i get more muse or have more ideas for her but right now, i’ll have to hold off on doing much here. thank you for understanding !!

“what was there to hide?” ahin asked with a laugh. yes, he was a pretty honest guy, but truth be told, none of the things he had just revealed were really life changing. he wasn’t sure if he should join her on the bed, so he was just about to take a seat on the chair when she was patting the side beside her. he quickly moved to the side of the bed and climbed up onto it, laying against the headboard. “don’t tell her that. you’ll never leave here,” he pointed out to her as he leaned his head against her shoulder. “yeah? do you like being with me that much?” he teased.
“you make a good point.” eyes followed his movements as he made his way to her, glad that he wasn’t going to shy away from joining her on the bed. the girl scoffed, shaking her head at the notion that she’d be prohibited from leaving his house if she ever told his mother of her intentions of staying. “to be honest, i don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing. but i’d definitely miss my cats so i guess i’ll have to pass.” maddie lets him rest against her but not before playfully shrugging her shoulder, chuckling at his question. “if i didn’t, would i still be your best friend?” the girl leans on him as well, letting their resting weights balance out. “and like i said, i love your folks. but i came here for you, not for them.”
i’m almost always swamped with drafts across the other blogs but i really would like more things for maddie !! give me angst, fluff, friends, lovers, everything in between !! please like this so i can come to you if you have a muse you wanna use against her !!

“pretty much,” ahin wasn’t even going to hide this fact. she would have found this out very shortly after, so there was no use trying to pretend that it wasn’t true. as much as he wanted his packed bags to be neat, he only seemed to struggle all the time with actually succeeding. “well, i’m sure mom would be happy to have you here all the time. she literally asks me when you’re going to come next barely after you leave,” he pointed out to her. “we can just chill here. unless you want to go hang out with my parents.”
“have i ever told you that i love your honesty?” after all, honesty is the best policy. chuckling at him, the youtuber lightly kicks her bag to the side before settling onto the bed, already more than comfortable. she scrunches her nose up at him, both amused and kind of embarrassed at the fact that his mom seems to love her so much. “gotta love your mom. i’d stay if i could-- i hope she knows that.” patting the space beside her, maddie makes a little more room for him, letting him know that she’s made up her mind. “but as much as i love your mom and your dad, i think i’d still rather stay up here with you.”

“huh?” ahin turned to look at her. should he not have seen that? “oh, i was just surprised it was so neat,” he explained. now he was too embarrassed to have her look at his suitcase considering how awful it was. he looked over at her from the dresser and nodded his head. “i think so. this drawer is pretty big,” he pointed out, stepping away from it so that she could see for herself the size of the drawer.
“why? because your bag’s a dump?” maddie teases, not entirely sure if she was right or not ( but ultimately wouldn’t be surprised if she was ). the girl gets up from her bag, carrying her well-folded bottoms and plopping them into the dresser with no problem. “i wish all dressers were like this. heck, i wish i could just live here. big ass dresser space, extra delicious food everyday. what more could i ask for?” with a soft nudge to his arm and a playful wink, the girl turns back to her luggage and deems herself unpacked. the rest of her things could stay in there. “alright. i think i’m good. should we go back down or are we chilling up here ‘til they call us to eat?”

“i’ll think about it, seriously. just give me some time.” he doesn’t know why the idea of being apart of her youtube video scares him as much as it does. maybe it had to do with who he was spending time with, rather than the what of it. “i’m glad you like me enough to be on your channel.” a pause as he thinks over what to say next . “i like you too.” he’s flustered, realizing a bit too late how weird that sounds. “i meant i like you like a. you know what i mean. anyway, have you fished. i’m full and ready to leave.” without much thought, a hand pulls on a brown leather wallet, pushing out the credit card he intended to pay with. he signals for a worker at their table so that he could pay for their meal.
maddie pauses for a few seconds before slowly nodding. “okay then. not that it’s something that needs much thought but fine. i’ll respect your wishes.” just as she’s about to check the unread messages on her phone, he says that, and she doesn’t quite know what to make of it until he corrects himself. the youtuber chuckles, lips pulled up into a sweet grin. “aw, you like me!” distracted by this new revelation, the girl doesn’t even notice that he’s just about ready to pay, bringing out her own wallet when the waiter arrives with the bill and takes his card instead of hers. “are you paying?”

when the other agreed to have him help her unpack, ahin nearly fell over in surprise. “okay,” he nodded his head as he got closer to the luggage. the suitcase was opened and he was shocked to find everything so neatly organized. “wow,” he laughed thinking how his luggage looked like an utter mess. “here,” he took them carefully from her hands and opened one of the drawers of the dresser. “usually, my mom leaves this dresser empty for our guests,” he pointed out, settling them carefully in there. “do you have other things you need to put in here?” he supposed she would have bottoms to go with her sweaters too.
with her head slightly turned to him, the youtuber raises a brow. “wow?” what was that supposed to mean? “do you see something interesting in here or... ?” maddie tries to follow his line of sight but only finds that he’s looking at the clothes in her bag. what was so interesting about that? the girl shook her head as he took the clothes from her, going back to the other things she packed. “will my pants and skirts fit? i only have a few.”

“okay, thanks.” it may seem as though he took the compliments lightly, but the crimson blush reddening cheeks gives away what he tries to coolly show otherwise. he was halfway done chewing on his burger when the sudden comment causes him to choke on his food, going into a coughing fit. “but hypothetically speaking, cause i haven’t agreed to it. would i do.” he’s wiping the left over grease from the burger on his lips, leaning in towards her on the table. “i wouldn’t know what to say either.”
rather oblivious to his reaction of her compliments, the youtuber continues to push and prod, hoping he’d give in. “just say whatever. be yourself. that’s part of your charm.” because although maddie sometimes had a few things written out, especially if videos were sponsored, she more or less managed to get her following from the simple fact that she was genuine, candid in front of that screen, even if she had the freedom to be a totally different person behind it. “people will like you. i know i do.”

ahin looked to her as she asked her question. the steaks wouldn’t be ready for some time, so they probably could use this opportunity to unpack. “i can help you if you want,” he nodded his head. he hadn’t actually thought she would want his help. he knew some of his friends had been smacked on the back of their heads for offering help to their girlfriends, and maddie wasn’t even his girlfriend! “just tell me what you want me to do.” otherwise, he’d feel like he was going through her stuff, which felt a little odd.
“yes, please.” maddie had some sort of love-hate relationship with unpacking. she traveled so much that she was more than used to doing so by now, having had enough long trips that garnered it more efficient and helpful that she unpack rather than just leave her clothes in her bag. the youtuber kneels in front of her luggage, as small as it is, and begins unzipping the bag to reveal neatly folded clothes. “where should i put my stuff?” arms hold out a stack of sweaters, although not too tall and only thick because of the sweaters themselves, hoping he’d take them from her hands.

watching her pat the sofa , taemin walks over apprehensively & sits down on the other side of the seat . why does he feel so awkward , even around his best friend ?? taemin isn’t sure , maddie is the only person who doesn’t act lke he’s some kind of freak because of his tendencies so he definitely shouldn’t act like this … but maybe that just makes it worse . “ i just had to make sure … ” he offers another timid smile . “ i um … i finished another level on my platform game . you should give it a go & tell me if you find any bugs . ” he knows video games aren’t maddie’s thing , but he doesn’t have many other friends to test his creations for him . “ you can , um , say no . ”
this was always how it had been with him, and despite being used to his behavior ( and him probably being used to hers ), maddie still wished he could be a little more open towards her. of course, she understood him and she didn’t want to force him into breaking his own rules just for her sake. the girl tilts her head at him, a smile growing on her lips. “a new level?” the youtuber wasn’t particularly great at games but she was always willing to try as long as he didn’t make fun of her for being such a bad player. “why would i say no? anything for you, tae.”

ahin could see his dad’s face light up as she inquired about the food he was making. “making steaks for all of you. your mom,” he turned to ahin, “also made a bunch of banchan. i think it’s enough to feed an army.” ahin’s parents always loved to make food, making enough that most of the time, they had to find ways to give it away because it was too much for their rather small family. “we won’t bother you anymore, dad, unless you need help with something?” his father shook his head and waved them off. “only for you to help eat this later,” he noted to them as ahin smiled and took ahold of maddie’s hand to lead her to where she would be staying. it was only when they got to her room that he realized what he had did and he quickly dropped her hand.
“steaks!” her face lights up like a newly decorated christmas tree, all bright and seemingly full of wonder. it might be a little odd to some to react in such a way, especially because it was just food, but maddie had always been a fan of his parents’ cooking and she considered steaks to be special. the girl was prepared to help out in the kitchen, wondering what she could dig her hands into but as his father tells them that he’d be fine without their help, she looks at her best friend with a shrug. when he takes her hand and leads him up to the room, she remains quiet. it’s a little strange, the feeling of their hands intertwined like that, but it isn’t at all unpleasant. ( and part of her wishes he didn’t let go. ) “are you gonna help me unpack or should i just leave my stuff in my bag?”
