Hey I was wondering if you had any tips on how to not vomit every time you take mandy? I love getting on it but throwing up every time just makes me anxious and it kinda ruins the come up

This happened to me quite a lot of I've got really good Mandy. it's means your coming up too hard and your body is just extra sensitive to you poisoning yourself and is trying to get rid of the chemicals. Could try taking it in halfs ... Before I go out I try and have a decent meal to line my stomach. Try mixing your Mandy with a nice strong drink , means you don't come up as hard and as fast but still gets you wasted. Hope this helps

Comedowns Are the worst but tbh it's a sign you've had a sick time! Have a berocca ( dissolvable multivitamin tab) have a banana , and get some 5-htp (herbal tabs that help replace serotonin you can buy them in most health food shops) eat something carby, I always have pasta , put on some chill tunes and just ride it out . Hope this helps! :)
