I bought this earlier this month while on my lookout for any official cheetu merch when I came upon this on eBay. It was the only listing I could find of this sticker collection of hxh characters event, so I snatched this one so fkn quickly before it was gone but given he isn't popular it was a overstatement lol (dw after I bought it I think there's one more listing on ebayπ) I NEED A FIGURE BUT THERE'S NONE OR THEY'RE HORRID I have to drop 5k for a custom one in the future πβοΈ going to get a new phone this week end since I hadn't had a phone for almost a year and the one im using rn is a old crappy one that I use over wifi at home. I'm ordering a clear case and stuff, im planning on having this sticker inside intact with its original wrapping in my phone case for display.gonna decorate the hell out of it to make it all cute, I love it (my sister called him weird looking, lmao)

Brooo, now i look more gal. It was a struggle with dark hair, despite knowing it could still manage to be gal, but it would take more effort in styling and makeup to make it seem gyaru and consipate for not being that iconic bleached hair. i dont have the time or patience to learn how to curl and tease every day for school. Now I can just slap on some makeup and assesories, and it's now much more passable as gyaru. I am planning on buying light brown enlarging contact in the future, but thease $40 blue ones would doβ€οΈ
The bleaching process was terrible. It was patchy due to old black hair dye and horrible pass bleaching that my mom did. My other sister managed to salvage it, and so we dye it with this caramel hair dye after the bleach to look more like my reference picture. We have one more box dye of it, so tomorrow she gonna add it to my head to use it up, but it looks good so far, lol
i want to thank @cheetu-lover time and time again for inspiring me to retake on my long forgotten gal journey since middle school. I'm barely starting, so there's much to learn and improve, but hopefully, I'll find my rhythm and go into flow state with how I dress. Given I live in Texas in a small ass city im most likely gonna be the only gal but oh well, im prepare to be made fun or bullied at school, I feel like it's worse in school than out in public. I remember seeing a clip of cheetu vz morel on tiktok (or yt shorts idk), and that's when I was awe. He's so cool and has such a lovely character design. I was hesitant when finding out it was hxh sine it was such a generic popular anime, but damn... It's popular for a reason. IT'S FIRE SO FAR. Although i just watched the chimera arc, it gave me many good vibes, which i can't wait to start from the beginning of the series. Trust im not a larper, im just getting startedπͺ the thing is, I made a Tumblr account to be my personal blog so naturally I lookup cheetu content on here and one thing lead to another and I came upon this cheetu yume... a gyaru with cheetu fits so much.... WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT LOL ITS JUST SO RIGHT I just had to engage and now im back to gyaru all thanks to her. Seeing both things I liked together, cheetu x gyaru made me gain a wrinkle in my head.... you have my applause girl π
Also.. my mom came into my room this morning to show me a turtle she found underneath the car. The thing could have gotten crushed π i cleaned a fish tank and have the turtle in there for now. Lowkey, im keeping it since we have free-range chickens, soooo.... gotta buy stuff and Assemble its cage since it's just a behbeh lol, i think I have to buy bugs at pet smart cuz baby turtles are carnivorousand need protein and a heating lamp (it's a musk/ mud turtle. Native to Texas. I was stressing if it were a snapping turtle, but thankfully, it was not. Those fuckers are scary uglyyy.) Still thinking of a name, pretty sure it's a girl so I got some ideas already.
The way I would sell my soul for that merch!!! I'll have to keep my eyes peeled just in case another listing is around in the backrooms of the internet or a new one appears. Also, your hair and makeup are so freaking gorg! I need to figure out getting my hair done. Probably just gonna go super short. I also should buy fake lashes. I just get cold feet when I think about doing them lol. Glad I could get someone back into gyaru fashion! I'm still getting into gyaru fashion myself. I enjoy experimenting with the style, mix-matching with other styles, and practicing makeup more. My mom and friends are super supportive. I'm the only gyaru in my town but at least I'm not the only alternative girl. Also, love the little turtle! Thank God your mom noticed them before they got squashed. You should name them after one of the teenage mutant ninja turtles lol

Sorry for not being active. I've been working hard during busy season at work. Finally got my hours cut back and work is becoming more relaxing. Went with a more Frutiger Aero style for Jane this time.

Something that sucks about y2k clothes, especially on Amazon, is that a lot of that shit was made for the skinny bitch and I ain't skinny. I got meat on my bone. I just want affordable y2k clothes that flatter me which makes my only hope thrifting but that's basically a gacha system (living in the ghetto doesn't help either). I was able to put together this fit for work tho:
The hat I found at a horse tack sale and the shirt I thrifted. My big bro actually complimented this fit so it must be good. If only I was good at gyaru makeup. I really want a more y2k/gyaru wardrobe but it's such a pain with my body type and my very modest taste in clothing. I need to get a car and my driver's license so I can go thrifting whenever I want

I dont believe body type and the preference for modesty should deture you from your own self-expression. I honestly struggled and am still struggling after a severe ED that left me in the hospital months ago, but right now im learning to come in terms with my body after gaining a lot of healthy weight back! And by doing that, im forcing me to allow myself to dress how I want and even more revealing pieces to just get myself out of my comfort zone and become desensitized to my body. Believe me I went a while just wearing long skirts after gaining the weight back because I couldnt stand the looks of my legs. This probably isn't the case with you with eating disoders and body image, i dont know your life struggles respectfully, but my reason in sharing this is; like how body image made me think it wasn't capable or "aethetical" possible to wear such cute styles but then after starting to come in terms with my body and implementing my true self of style slowly , you shouldn't think gyaru/ mcbling isn't capable or "harder" to be made in curvier bodies. Its the mindset you gonna do! Infact, ive seen loads of examples!
One of Gyaru's popular motto's is "Get wild and be Sexy," the point being, to be a gyaru, you need to be comfortable with your feminity. Am I asking you to forget your modesty and go all skimpy like myself? Hell nah, one should have their boundaries and preferences, ofc! But I would recommend experimenting. Idk by modesty, you JUST mean revealing skin, but i think owning your body curves and wearing some pieces that is form fitting could help with the whole gyaru/ mcbling "silhouette"!
These two images up here may not be ur style, but they're not revealing much skin to be considered not modest imo^^ they're covered but wear form-fitting pieces that compliment the distribution of the style and body type. I learned that with girls with more meat like myself, if we wear all loose pieces in a outfit it make us look "bulkier" but with atleast changing one clothing piece to be form fitting it compliments the outfit, it does wonders. This is why i avoid baggie with my outfits when im not at home, opting for form fitting pieces. Wearing a push up bra could form your silhouette nicer underneath clothes aswell! They're not just for revealing clevage ofccc

They're all curvier girls who are covered up nicely, very warm aswell, and they look very cute!! To avoid revealing so much clevage you can do what the girl on the middle did and just zip it all up. With mcbling, I see it mostly in the clothes/ accessories rather than makeup and hair (quiet diffrent to gyaru, which is my next examples).
OMG, these are so freaking cutejsjjebdjoekeje okay okay, so skinny girls aren't the only ones who can pull off gyaru. These gals are the prime example ππ
The picture on the left is wearing more "revealing pieces," but you can just switch the short skirt to a longer black one or to some nice jeans if that's your decision. Again, tie up to reveal less clevage. The one in the right is clearly hime gyaru, so the style is different, but nonetheless, all covered up, just worn in the way that compliments her body type. With gyaru I mainly see it in the hair and makeup (perhaps nails) but if you're going for a specific gyaru sub group then clothing can be prioritized a bit more to reveal more of that sub group clothing style lol. though, I've seen many gals who wear "basic" clothings (a white tank and jean shorts) yet look very much gal due to the makeup and hair. With gyaru, there's no avoiding it. You got to do makeup. But that comes with time and money, so dont sweat it^^ its a process, lol
Here in Texas is a gamble for me as well whent it comes to clothes. I avoid fast fashion like shein, temu, or aliexpress, much better to stitch your own clothes from pre-existing ones or just thrifting/ going to garage sales, than buying polyester πβοΈ but it's a matter of your imagination and creativity, Frankenstein the bitch to make a nice outfit with multiple pieces, layer them even^^ anyways, I hope this didn't came off rude, its late and im bored so I decided to add my imput lol. I just hope for the best in your thrift finds cuz it's a struggle here in Texas π
Tysm and thank you for the encouragement and advice! I'm personally not to self-conscious with my weight. I use to be when I was a teen but honestly my parents (especially my dad) helped me gain self-confidence. For me, modesty is more about showing skin. Mainly, I don't like shorts that are too short (I don't have an exact length but around the middle of my thigh is most comfortable for me but I can go shorter), crop tops (at least not without an undershirt), low-cut shirts, and skirts that are too short (especially not without shorts underneath). I have multiple reasons for my modesty. One is because I'm autistic. Modest clothing causes less sensory issues. Another is I'm a Christian and modesty is a part of being a Christian. My biggest problem is things looking flattering on me and not rolling up in weird ways or stuff like that. In the 2000s skinny and flat was the ideal so a lot of clothes were made for that. Sucks but all you can do is keep looking and find brands you like. For instance, I LOVE Wallflower jeans. They fit me just right, hold up well, and look fabulous on me. I just bought 4 pairs of Wallflower jeans because I needed new jeans desperately and they were on an amazing sale. I also prefer shopping in physical stores cause I can try stuff on (excluding thrift stores. Even if they have changing rooms I won't try stuff on. Just the idea of the germs grosses me out and they're so cheap that I don't care). Admittedly, I also look for clothes at my job. We have a clothing area with expensive clothing for bougie old people. Every once in awhile we get a piece that I love and could make work and, when we make company goals for the month we get a 50% off coupon, I use my coupon making the piece affordable. Just gotta be an opportunistic buyer. Also, I don't strictly stick to one aesthetic. I could never. It closes too many style doors. It's more of a guideline. Sometimes I see something more goth, emo, etc. that I must have and I get it. No such thing as too many styles if you ask me. Got dress to match your mood. Anyways, Imma quit yapping and go to bed.
