BOOTY FOR DAYS

I have a confession to make, I was born with FBS and have spent the last 20yrs building a booty that I could be proud of! One of the hardest lessons to in my wellness journey as been acceptance. Acceptance of the body I was born with, acceptance of where I am on my journey and acceptance of the process. I now not only accept my body, journey & process but I embrace it & with that feel gratitude for this amazing body I have been blessed with. Acceptance does not mean complacency though. It mean accepting where I am while striving to be my best and reach my goals, one of which is to overcome my FBS!

Why do I LOVE curry?

Healthy Fast Versatile One Pot Large Batch Stores Well

In under 1/2 an hour you can have a veggie, protein packed meal that you can eat all week. You can use ANY vegetable, ANY protein and make it as spicy or tame as your tastebuds can handle.

Curry In A Hurry Recipe 1# Pork - thinly sliced (optional) 1 onion - thinly sliced 1 inch ginger - minced 1/2 T garlic - minced 1/2 chili - jalapeno, serrano, habanero (optional) 2 lemongrass stalks - tender ends minced 1 T curry paste 1 can coconut milk 1-2 T fish sauce 1 T chili garlic 1 bell pepper - thinly sliced 1/2# mushrooms - sliced 1/2# brussel - halved 1/2# broccoli - cut into pieces 1/2# cauliflower - cut into pieces 1 lime - juiced 1/4 cup mixed herbs - mint, basil, cilantro 1/2 cup peanuts chopped (optional)

Season meat & brown meat in large saute pan or wok over high heat. Remove & set aside. Add onion & cook until tender, add garlic, ginger, chilis & lemongrass and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add curry paste & cook for 1 min. Mix in coconut milk until fully combined and fish sauce & chili garlic paste. Add bell pepper cook until soft & add rest of veg & cook until tender but still crisp. Finish with lime, peanuts & herbs.

It’s six o’clock and Emma has a lot to do before sunset. But a domestic dispute threatens to throw a wrench in the gears. As disagreements turn into accusations, she has precious little time to lock her husband away before their monstrous secret begins to break free.

HOUSE OF STRAW is the latest film from Austin based writer/director Kyle Bogart, whose previous projects include the ARTOIS THE GOAT (2009) and NECRONOMICA (2013). The film made its premiere at FANTASTIC FEST in September of 2015. Kyle has begun development of a feature film based on the short.
