MARSHALL KEANE is a 35 year old from BEAUMONT, living in Beaumont for the past 3 YEARS. HE is a FRY COOK AT THE JUNKHOUSE and in his downtime loves WOODWORKING and PAINTBALL. He looks an awful lot like BRADLEY COOPER.
Alright, gather round and listen up, kids…
Once upon a time, Marshall Keane had it all. A wife, a penthouse apartment, and a job as head chef in a Michelin starred restaurant in London.
With a spartan adolescence full of self-discipline, he put himself through both culinary school and the Cordon Bleu in Paris, rising up ranks until he was working at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester.
He lived a fast and loose life, meant for rockstars. Drug benders to “destress” after a particularly busy period or infidelities that would have his wife and him in screaming matches were not uncommon.
Then one day, he pulled a Russell á la Almost Famous at a house party. Tripping balls, he jumped off the second floor roof into a pool. Except he kinda missed by a bit. And hit his head.
Life after traumatic brain injury meant a different Marshall. A new Marshall. He had to learn a lot of things over again.
His wife left him, he lost his job, and had no choice but to move back to his home town of Beaumont, Tennessee, where he had started out all those years prior.
One thing he never lost though: his zest for cooking. He still remembers how to do all his favourite dishes, although they’ve got a 50% success rate and a potential phone call to the Beaumont fire department these days.
He works as a fry cook at the Junkhouse now.
Most of the time, he serves up consistent, quality dishes with that home cooked feel. But every so often, it’ll be like he tossed a rat into the stew. (Paco, the owner of the Junkhouse, is patient with Marshall though. He likes Marshall.)
He luvs paintball and woodworking so hit him up, ladies.
