Here is a quick one for one of my favorite fried sides, Buttermilk Onion Rings. I used all purpose flour, buttermilk, eggs and panko bread crumbs to create a 3 part breading station. I seasoned everything thing with garlic & onion powder along with cajun seasoning. I dripp the onion rings from soaked buttermilk β‘οΈ All-purpose flour β‘οΈegg mixture & finally panko bread crumbs. After that I placed then in the freezer for 15-20 mins to allow the breading to stick. Fried them at 325* until golden brown.
