Been a little negligent, but hopefully not moreso.
Lots of stuff going on, and we've been really busy. Unfortunately, tumblr is one of the things we've let slack off.
Things at the vineyard have been great, and we finally- after long anticipation- have the oven! Hooray!

Getting Tumblr set up for Chef Miriam catering company! All this social networking is a little intimidating and nerve wracking, but we are confident that we will figure it out and be pros at it in no time. Soon we'll be posting about events, news, and be putting up photos of the types of food on our menues.
Until then, here is a blurb about our business:
Chef Miriam is a new catering business based in Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. Currently, we are partnered with Casanel Vineyard in Leesburg, VA throughout the summer weekends to provide excellent food to go with excellent wine. Together, we are a perfect pairing!
Chef Miriam Conroy is a classically trained chef that graduated with honors from acclaimed culinary school L'Acadamie de Cuisine. She was the Chef de Partie for The Bavarian Inn in Shepherdstown, WV, for three years until leaving to start Chef Miriam LLC. Chef Miriam's goal is to provide innovative, elegant, and excellent food for your event or occasion, coupled with the experience and showmanship of a classically trained chef.
