BAILEYWICK!! his redesign is probably the best out of everybody, he looks so good and he's not stick thin anymore. His hair is so stylish haha

Amber's little jab about the school change is so funny, I know that stung when Sofia went somewhere else even though they live together in the same damn castle lmaoo

Ambers voice having to be pitched is so unfortunate but what can you do. Best case scenario. I love her dress change though in the old series I always thought it was too plain for her personality

I wish Sofia's short dresses had stockings, I really like her s4 dress with this so it always feels off when I see her bare legs

I saw people not liking Amber being jealous in this ep but I think its more insecurity. Like she's going to be queen but that won't be for a long time. Meanwhile Sofia can cast spells and show her magic now so its more in your face so I can get why Amber can feel this way. Everyone is talking about Sofia so much she's hearing it at her own school , I think its natural to compare yourself to your siblings even if you got your own thing going on

Ok I lied this is my favorite duet so far. I think Im just going to love every duet song in this series theyre so so so good!!!! Sofias "even though I like sunn" . Obsessed with that part. Replayed this one multiple times

I like how Sofia sounded surprised when she saw Cedric? You see him everyday girly lol I like how comfortable Cedric is now. In the old series he doesn't even seem to like touching anyone except for when he consoled Calista but he's so open now. Excellent character development it makes me extra happy to see him

I love minimus sm I could cry. Idk why I love him so much but I do. I kind of miss his goofy teef lol but he looks really cute

I like Sofia is always dealing with things that she feels like is moving too fast for her. She's gone through a lot of challenges and you might think she won't be surprised by anything anymore but theirs always something new to experience like in real life, so thats cool . Feels natural. I remember how uneasy she was when she had to cast a spell in that one lucinda ep so her being like this in a whole school that requires it makes perfect sense to me

I really like how everyone has their own unique way of using magic. In the old show it's mainly some wand spells (idk how to describe this) so this is really nice.

Im going to try not to post thoughts on every episode bc its probably really annoying but I just wanna post about the first one at least lol and maybe the second

Miss nettle getting to open up a school is so cool, I love her character so much as a female villain who also gets a turn around. I feel like everyone love Miss Nettle but she definitely deserves more praise as one of Cg's best characters next to Cedric. I wish we could have seen Nettle and the other fairies being friends again. Nettle giving the kids vigorous tasks upon arrival rather than a normal school onboarding is so funny of her

Layla is my new daughter she's so cute and I love her butterfly motif, whoever designed her really cooked . Camilla is super cute too! She's so fun. I thought Zane was going to be too much like James but hes actually more of a downer lol I like it.

Maybe Im dumb but I dont understand the princess travel? I thought the princesses didnt exist at the same time, Im really confused

Rapunzel showing up just to warn Sofia is interesting. I really like how they wrote the dialogue since previous princess meetings were to bring lessons but this feels like a natural conversation. The rest of the dialogue is good too

I feel half and half on this being the first ep bc introduction wise it feels like sofia is randomly dropped off (I thought it was going to be like...her getting a letter then cedric giving her the wand as a gift and then her going to school) but ik its bc of information lore overload and they probably dont want it to feel too much of a continuation of an already existing thing . I think ep 2 will feel more like a sequel ep for older fans but idk . I'll talk about that whenever

I learn through mimicking so I would try and copy what I liked and saw by looking at it and hoping for the best lasdkjfgh I can try and explain individual things?? Like how I draw noses or eyes.
