I like how Sofia sounded surprised when she saw Cedric? You see him everyday girly lol I like how comfortable Cedric is now. In the old series he doesn't even seem to like touching anyone except for when he consoled Calista but he's so open now. Excellent character development it makes me extra happy to see him

I love minimus sm I could cry. Idk why I love him so much but I do. I kind of miss his goofy teef lol but he looks really cute

I like Sofia is always dealing with things that she feels like is moving too fast for her. She's gone through a lot of challenges and you might think she won't be surprised by anything anymore but theirs always something new to experience like in real life, so thats cool . Feels natural. I remember how uneasy she was when she had to cast a spell in that one lucinda ep so her being like this in a whole school that requires it makes perfect sense to me

Devins little dance throws me off lol

I really like how everyone has their own unique way of using magic. In the old show it's mainly some wand spells (idk how to describe this) so this is really nice.

Theirs something so special about parents giving their kids magical objects that help and protect them. I don't know if theirs something more to it other than plot but I always found this very sweet. Starting with Elena's gift from her mother that her life to Sofia getting the amulet from Roland and now Layla getting her bracelet from her mom . augh

Not important but are they in recess when all this is happening lol Also I guess using magical objects count as spell castinnggg?

The heads are huge still and I don't understand why anyone tries to argue otherwise, it sucks. Amber's anatomy is worse than in the og show and I won't pretend to not notice it(her hair also looks flatter) . Same with James. In the og show the boys had better anatomy than the girls but now they have big heads too and its really noticeable, esp with the blue haired kid.

I love seeing Cedric and Sofia spending time together like this. at the end of the finale it seemed like she didn't need to be around him as much but I'm glad her going to a magic school kept them close

I dont think I can ever bring myself to like the marketable plushie dog

Words cannot describe how happy to see Elena announced for a guest apperance, her and Sofias relationship makes me so emotional. I'm super excited to see moana as well. Im happy to see aurora again too and I hope her lesson is a bit more interesting than the one she had in the og show

Very random but I remember a long time ago I argued with someone on twitter bc they kept saying Sofia was a mary sue (cg saw and liked on of my tweets lmfao) and seeing that the premise is Sofia being the most magical girl in the realm I dont think shes beating the allegations lol

Laylas such a mommas girl

Miss Nettle is so funny. I think her being the way she is sets the kids up to have to figure things out on their own rather than being spoon fed solutions

Layla: You're going to have to rip this butterfly motif from my cold dead hands

This is probably my favorite song so far. I love song duets and back and forths like this

Zane(?) and Zaria protecting each other during the twister is so cute

I dont remember the leap power I think Im a fake fan

//// I don't really have anything to say about the dance ep, but it was fun. Camilla has the best one liners lol I liked the duet song in this one as well. I like seeing Devin enjoy other peoples performances which makes me think he's isn't too bratty. I kind of wish the painting character were 2D

Cedric is such a good teacher . Before the series started I wonder if he would feel shoehorned in but I feel like everyone fits perfectly where they are its so nice.

Zane being excited for Sofia and Zarias team up is cute.

Ok I lied this is my favorite duet so far. I think Im just going to love every duet song in this series theyre so so so good!!!! Sofias "even though I like sunn" . Obsessed with that part. Replayed this one multiple times

Zane being launched had my bursting out laughing lmfao. His unfortunate antics are really enjoyable . I like how Reggie didnt bother to go check on him

I want Zane and James to meet!

BAILEYWICK!! his redesign is probably the best out of everybody, he looks so good and he's not stick thin anymore. His hair is so stylish haha

Amber's little jab about the school change is so funny, I know that stung when Sofia went somewhere else even though they live together in the same damn castle lmaoo

Ambers voice having to be pitched is so unfortunate but what can you do. Best case scenario. I love her dress change though in the old series I always thought it was too plain for her personality

I wish Sofia's short dresses had stockings, I really like her s4 dress with this so it always feels off when I see her bare legs

I saw people not liking Amber being jealous in this ep but I think its more insecurity. Like she's going to be queen but that won't be for a long time. Meanwhile Sofia can cast spells and show her magic now so its more in your face so I can get why Amber can feel this way. Everyone is talking about Sofia so much she's hearing it at her own school , I think its natural to compare yourself to your siblings even if you got your own thing going on
