Leon and I went from the lobby to the greenhouse and then another lab. Someone’s trophy is in what looks like a break area. Weird flex, but okay. FUCK! We got jumped by 2 Lickers. I hate them!

Thankfully, we found the server room and so we could take a breather. Have I mentioned that I hate Raccoon City and I think it should just be burned to a crisp? Leon finally let me use the flamethrower on what looks like plant zombies. They got burnt to a crisp! More or less scary that I giggled the entire time?

So that trophy sounds like it was Dr. Li’s. I think we have his wristband too. It’s a long way from the incinerator where we found it. I wonder who Cartwright is. Sounds like a jerk. Maybe in cahoots with Chief Irons? The solution is now cold enough to use. We made it back to the greenhouse, as soon as we use it, we should be able to get that purple chip and move on.

The machine voice said something about “Solution used without authorization, disciplinary actions will happen”. I’ve got a bad feeling about this. We need that purple chip. Leon suggested another breather and to get our bearings before we go back into the greenhouse.

Umbrella is the worst. And it feels like the longest night of my life. Almost ready to get the chip.

The super secret underground evil lab is very white. The doors blend into the walls. Very sterile. Like all those minimal open concept houses. It is nice we don’t have to use a flashlight all the time like in the precinct. Hopefully Trenchy will leave us alone. Haven’t seen him since Ada and I split up and I hope we don’t.

Found a soldier of some sort, he had a recording with him. I wonder if he was Alpha or Ghost? Maybe someone else entirely. Dr. Birkin is an absolute hot mess in the bad way.

Also what in the name of the museum of natural history is a whole greenhouse garden place doing in a lab? Oh yay there are plant zombies now. Because of course.

We have to find key cards for our id bracelet that Ada liberated for us. Oh and we got fuel for the flamethrower. Maybe Leon will let me use it.

I really want to know who did security for Raccoon City? It’s a mess. Pretty sure the city was also used as a testing zone that got way out of hand because of some jackass with money.

We made it to a room that seems safe for a break. Gotta take a breather. We gotta find some plant now. Like science can be cool but this is really the uncool science.

Thinking of playing Resident Evil 2 remake. Which got me thinking, so I’m like journaling my playthrough. I was thinking “why not make a self insert oc”? Wait are they still OC if self insert? Or would it be self insert character, sic?

Anyway, I was thinking do I wanna make myself the same age or around Leon and Claire? Or do I wanna be 38 (my current age) to their 22 and 19? Since that’s kinda what’s doing on. Or do I wanna do my age when the game takes place and be 10?

It probably doesn’t matter but just thoughts. Guys Leon is such a baby face. I also noticed his knife is worn in the same place as his axe in RE9, right above the butt. I was looking for science. Which also gets me thinking, Leon is all bright eyes and baby face in RE2. But fanfiction has him as “doesn’t express affections or deal with emotions (like if someone hugs him, he’ll bite), sassy and snarky.” So I’m a little confused. But also I might just be way behind because I started with RE2 remake this year and haven’t fully experienced Leon Kennedy.

Anyway, just thoughts I had while I ate dinner.

Exploring the sewer with Leon and Ada. Leon jumped down into the sewer water…eww… and got chased by the alligator. We met up with Leon after he disposed of the gator. Ada was kinda enough to drop a ladder.

The more I find out about Umbrella and Birkin, the less I like. Also Leon needs a shower. Desperately.

Now Leon is out! Ugh. I went with Ada and ran into the Tyrant. What’s with this guy?! I lured the tyrant away and Ada went after Annette.

Got back to Leon, more or less safe. Now to look for Ada.

Managed to get to Ada. She just kissed Leon. I think his brain short circuited. Kinda annoyed. I didn’t get a kiss. Now we are in the Umbrella lab corp place.

….I think we left her jacket in the sewer. Also my boy needs a shower.

Leon won’t let me use the flamethrower.

So I wanted to post my most favorite of my OCs, also my oldest. I’ve had him since 2000. I love making him with character creators because drawing is not a skill I have. And so I decided to post the 2 most recently made. Because they are the best and closest to how he looks.

Name: Valcrist Fydan Shiloh Vitae

Alias: Valiant

He is a tailor, a weapons master, near indestructible, at least half deity (his mama is a goddess). He has an older twin sister who is shorter than him but is very magically inclined.

Has heterochromia, right eye blue, left eye green. His sister’s eyes are opposite. Sometimes his has scars and sometimes he doesn’t. He does have a full sleeve tattoo on his left arm. Hair is generally platinum, but in some cases more blonde. Curly hair too (almost impossible to have in character creators).

Here he is in Dragon Age Veilguard. Valcrist Ingellvar. A rogue in the Mourn Watch. Romanced Emmrich (every time I play). Once he was a Lord of Fortune Warrior (Fydan) and another time a Moun Watcher Mage (Shiloh) and he has purple hair. He’s my little blonde Aragorn.

I was making myself tea the other day and as I was pouring the hot water from the kettle, I heard a small pop. The water was everywhere because my cup crack down one side and the bottom. Thankfully I didn’t get burned and it didn’t crack on the remaining side. Just lost a cup and a tea bag. It was a little scary.

We are finally out of the precinct. We met up with Ada and found a gun store. I feel bad for the owner and his daughter, Emma. That’s a choice no one wants. Sleep well, Emma. Found a note from Jill Valentine, I don’t know who she is but sounds like she’s reliable. The owner’s name might be Kendo.

We are still with Ada, she’s looking for Annette Birkin and so we are going to help her. In fact Ada wants to destroy Umbrella. Girl, I am in!

And now we are in a fucking sewer! I hate Raccoon City. And there is some big ass alligator or crocodile down here too. Life shouldn’t be this hard. I’m still going to help Leon and Ada, Claire too. I just also really wanna go home.

I wonder if Ada’s feet hurt. Those heels do not look comfortable to walk in or stand in or run from zombies in or walk through a sewer in. She looks better than that big guy in a trench coat too.

Going to take a break before continuing on. They might not need one but I sure as hell do.

Jesus on a jackhammer. Trenchcoat is still after us. We managed to escape and we hide in safe rooms. Dunno what it is about rooms with typewriters that trench Coat doesn’t like but at this point I don’t care. Once he grabbed Leon but then we were able to slip past him. Then! Another time because we thought the main room was safe, chat it was not safe. Leon got grabbed again. So I aimed at TC, emptied the clip into his face and knock of his hat. We then ran to the break room.

Only to remember we need to go to the Library to use the jack to move the shelves to get to the clock tower. It’s on the other side of the precinct! Who designed this place?! Also got jumped my more Lickers.

Of course I wasn’t much help as I kept screaming “EMPTY THE CLIP”! I’m surprised I’ve lasted this long. Well, I’ve have Leon so that’s probably it. Hehe.

Okay, looking at the map. We have to go back to the Watcher’s Room then through the East Office to the Main Hall to the Library. I think Leon is going to need a double shot of whiskey after this. I don’t even know what I would need. Wish us luck!

Christ on a cracker! There is this huge man in a trench coat!!! He didn’t look friendly at all and he move a helicopter with one arm. Leon and I hauled ass back to the boiler room. Unfortunately we are trapped. Unless that big guy is gone or maybe we can sneak past him. I dunno. I told Leon I needed a break after that. So gonna take a beat to regroup.

Before all that mess, while exploring and picking up whatever looked useful, we found the jail. There were zombies in the cells and so I told Leon to handle them while they were locked up. Anytime I can prevent us from getting jumped, I’m taking it. Then we met this guy, a reporter (later found out his name was Ben) who has beef with Chief Irons. But that ended shortly because something stuck its hand through the wall and smashed his against the wall. The only upside to this is we found that mysterious woman again.

Her name is Ada. She told us to leave. I want to leave so much! But to get out we need to open the cell that had Ben because his card with open the parking garage. So we went back to exploring because we need to find the clock tower.

I don’t know who did city planning here or signed off on this building or whoever is in charge of updating places. But I’m going to go after their kneecaps with a crowbar. Really the inside of this precinct is a mess!!!! I hate it here.

So yeah all of that and now we are hanging in the boiler room. I hope Claire and Ada don’t run into that guy.

Side note: Any advice to my adventurers you have, please feel free to share. Tips? Tricks? Advice? Totally welcomed. It’s my first Resident Evil game and I’m not good with this genre. And yes I know I can google but that’s not the point and I do Google.

Leon and I did a bit more exploring before placing the medallion. Finally opened that portable safe. Having something to write on helps track which button goes to which light. Still missing a button for the storage locker. There is a pouch in 203 and I want it!!

You seemed like a good man and a good cop. Sucks we didn’t get to hang out more. Sleep well, sweet prince. We’ve got it from here lieutenant.

Continuing on, we got attacked by a guy who hand a giant mutated eye on his right arm. Dunno what that was about. Zombie dog….it’s not right! I hate it so much. At least the rest of the kennel was empty. I hope the other dogs made it out.

Oh! We also met a woman who said she was FBI. We need to follow her. She did save us but left before we could talk more.

Found some parts for Matilda, looks a little ridiculous but Leon likes it and that’s what matters. Also using the LE 5, it makes this a bit easier. Generally Leon makes me hold the flash light and stay behind him. But I’ve been getting more of a say since those Lickers (we had a note about them!). I swear Leon just shoves stuff in his pockets.

Seriously though, why is this precinct so huge?! It has like 3 basement levels and 3 floors on top. I guess it would be since Raccoon City is big, probably. Didn’t really get to look around on account of the zombies. They ruin everything.

Leon and I are taking a break and once we rest up, we are going to search for that woman in a trench coat. I hope we can see Claire again too.

I’ve been thinking about all my ships and luxury cruisers, and I’ve come up with a list of things I wanna know because there is more to it than who tops. Here is my list.

Who gets uppies?

Who gets what side of the bed?

Who uses the lap as a pillow?

Who is big spoon? Little spoon? Or are they chopsticks?

Who is the passenger princess?

When upset who looks homicidal? (But actually isn’t…probably)

Who isn’t allowed to use power tools? Or super glue?

Leon and I explored the precinct some more. We were able to open up a few more places. Got the Maiden medallion too! That was the last one we needed. Taking a break before we put the medallion with the others that’ll open a secret passage out.

Also!!!!! There were these things that dropped from the ceiling!! Like human but not a lot of skin and the brain was most of the head and it had a tongue and it hissed. I did NOT like it at all. Thankfully Leon got an opening with his knife and then was able to unload 2 full clips into it. He always makes sure it’s down for me. Always double tap. And there were 2 of these hissing brain things. The worst!!! Who does this to people?

On a less gross level, in the STARS office I saw a jacket hanging on the wall by a desk. Looked leather with Made In Heaven on it and a pinup girl. I’d like to meet the owner. Hopefully not a zombie. There was a guitar too. I wonder if it belongs to the person who owns the jacket. Leon is saying we need a dongle key for the PC. The hell is a dongle key?

Curious about a few things, why does the precinct have an art room? I get the other rooms, offices, bathrooms, locker room, armory, storage, linens, press, and all those. But art? Don’t get it. At first the library didn’t make sense but probably has law books and criminology books and other related topics. Also might have some regular books in case someone needs to just step away from the desk. Ya know? I guess the Art room could be that too but I dunno.

I just realized that when this game takes place, September 29, I would have been 10 years old. Leon is 21. 11 years difference. Leon is now big bro. 😎

Also found another hip pouch! West Office 1F safe, Left 9, Right 15, Left 7. I’ll need to double check the rooms to see if there are any red ones that I need to look through before continuing. But I need a break tonight.

Also that zombie I ran into is called a Licker and it’s blind. Very noise sensitive. So probably wasn’t the best idea to have just shot it right out repeatedly. But it worked out. Glad I kept the knife with me.

I also decided I like posting my progress like I’m there with Leon on the precinct. It’s making it fun for me.
