Hi everyone!! I’m Lily ( 23, she/her, cst.) and the one behind the june baby that Hani is! I’m so so excited to be with you and i can’t wait to thread/plot/talk with all of you and your muses!! If you wish to plot hmu anytime or if you are too shy like this and i will message you <3
━♡ guess the 24 YEAR OLD JUNE baby just arrived to dallyeog! it makes sense, because MIN HANI is just as COLORFUL as the month of JUNE. wait, why do they remind me of KIM JISOO? beyond that, they seemed SOFT-SPOKEN & SINCERE upon first glance. i heard someone say they’re sort of CLUMSY & CHILDISH. i hope they get acquainted here in COMPLEX # 3 / APARTMENT # 8 / FLOOR # 4 ; SHE seems to have a lot going on with HER job as a FLORIST.
Some facts about Hani!
Her name is Min Hana yet she has always introduced herself as Hani, since it’s her nickname since she was a baby, only called Hana when she was in trouble so avoid saying Hana unless you want her to think you are pissed off at her.
She comes from a farmer family, in fact, her family owns and works on a strawberry farm which she adores with all her heart since it has many precious childhood memories and is proud of the farm and her parents.
Came to Seoul since her younger sibling wanted to try their luck as a trainee and since she didn’t want them to be on their own she moved so they had someone close, opening her small flower shop that is growing bigger and bigger with her hard work.
Loves loves loves flowers and plants, her apartment is filled with them just like the shop, she thinks that it gives life to her home...plus it helps when she is homesick.
Known around as a very dreamy person, with her head on the clouds and stars in her eyes.
Very very friendly but not very outspoken, somewhat shy when you first approach them, but always has a smile on her face. Once she opens up she is rather childish yet in her opinion she is playful, not childish.
Pretty laid back, worry-free and optimistic.
Also clumsy and a big scaredy cat, approach with caution.
Animal lover, cats, dogs, horses, cows! anything she finds cute and wants to pet them. Big softie.
Has most gentle and kind soul you will ever meet. Legit like you could hurt her and then ask for her help and she will be there with a smile for you.
Plot ideas!
Childhood/best friend (2/2). Those who are family to her, and know her since she arrived to Seoul or came with her from her small town, they know her inside out and there is nothing she wouldn’t do for them and they know it. The only people who see her true colors, the pink and the blue of her soul and feel the warmness of her heart.
A frecuent visitor of the flowershop (1/1). They keep coming over and over, why? she isn’t sure, are they interested in flowers or trying to annoy her or maybe they are interested in her? what if she starts looking forward to their visits and even have a small conversation with them only to find out they live both on dallyeog, bonding over something she likes is not that hard apparently...
Arranged date (0/1) She is legit that girl your parents want to introduce you in hopes of sparkling the flame of love. She has had mothers talk about their sons with her while they buy flowers but she never thought much about it other than them joking...turns out they are not and now she is awkward when they come to pick her up for their date...
A crush (0/1) Hani is not someone who could be described as shy except when he comes into the picture, then she is a blushing mess with cheeks the same red as a rose. She uses the language of flowers to speak with him even if she is not quite sure if he gets her messages...does he understands and feels the same way?
This are terrible but pls give me anything and everything your heart wishes for.

The day was rather slow in the flower shop and that was completely normal during the season only selling a couple of bouquets here and there during the day, letting Hani have some free time to put everything in place on the small flower shop yet not even that could keep her distracted for so long and sooner than what she would have liked, Hani found herself without nothing to do once again.
Playing around with the older flowers, undoing and doing a brand new bouquet over and over again, trying different styles before changing to a flower crown instead in the span of an hour out of boredoom when the sound of the bell in the door got her attention. A smile inmediatly taking over her features on reflex ready to greet the client until her brown orbs landed on a familiar face, the smile shifting to a genuine one. “ Hi “ She greeted happily @chcnce when he walked into her shop “What a lovely surprise” The smile never falling from her lips as she spoke, feeling genuinly happy for his visit, even if the huge possibility of him just coming to buy flowers and not to keep her company was there, Hani was happy to see him. Clearing her throat Hani spoke, playful glint clear on her eyes as she spoke “Coming to buy a flower or to see this flower?” she said, ending her words with her hands covering her cheeks, before chuckling at her own cringy words.
he sits completely rigid for a solid thirty seconds as the initial shock from being startled comes and passes — and then it dawns on him. in both of their surprise, they had jumped in place. the flower crown that he had been assembling with her guidance had been pulled apart in the motion, but it’s not the woven flowers that concern him.
that oh-so-familiar sound had indeed been her snipping with his scissors. yes, that his unmistakable vibrant peach hair scattered on the forest floor — the one that he had painstakingly dyed only a few weeks prior.
his heart jumps in his chest, and in his ears, all he hears is her apologies ringing. he knew this was a dangerous idea from the start. so many things could go wrong — he didn’t even have the correct kind of scissors on him for haircutting anyway. (this was a camping trip, after all.) they had been too caught up in the excitement of learning something new, and despite the risk, he had optimistically believed there was no way she could mess up if he had gone slow with his instructions and they had taken their time. it was supposed to be just a trim.
his throat feels dry when he manages to find his voice. “hey, it’s okay. it’ll be okay,” he says, a weak attempt to reassure her. he tries to smile. “it’s your first time. it’s not your fault.” without a mirror, he has no way of telling just how severe the situation is, but he’s seen a fair amount of bad cuts in the years. some haircuts were easily fixed, but some needed a little more creative thought to be salvaged. he reaches up to touch the strands, trying to assess it for himself. “um, it doesn’t feel that much shorter than the rest, but i can’t tell. we might have to trim a bit more to make it easier to hide… do you have a mirror?”
In retrospective, Hani wonders why the two of them thought that it would be a good idea to try for the first time such dangerous activity for the hair of Seungmin in first place yet what is done is done and she can’t turn back in time and her eyes wide with unshed tears prove that the woman knows it very well. Guilt taking over her features.
Him being so nice to her, even after her mistake was making her feel even more miserable, if it was even possible. How could it not be her fault when she had been the one holding the scissors, yet she tried to retun his smile even thought she was sure it looked more like grimace than a smile yet that was all she could do when her heart was heavy with guilt, granted he wasn’t bald but it was enough to send her into a frenzy of culpability. “It’s not much shorter, indeed...” At that point Hani wasn’t sure who she was trying to reassure, him or herself yet it wasn’t completely a lie, it was shorter but not by much, at least not to let a hairless patch on his head, that would certainly made her cry.
At his words her ears perked up, “I think I saw a small mirror in my tent...would that work?” She asked, biting her lower lip, hoping for a positive answer. Yet the florist still fell bad for making him look like that when his hair was so pretty and they were there to have fun. “How big are the flowers from the crown you were making?” Hani asked surprising herself. “Maybe they can cover it while I run for the mirror and see if someone has a beanie”
Sorry for disappearing, first week of uni was more eventful than i thought it would be but classes ended for the day so now i will catch up with everything in my list so i apologize for the following spam of hani that you might see in dash+IM+activity with all my love on your publications...
🌸 HANI WASN’T OUTRIGHT TELLING HER THAT SHE WAS WILD, so that was a good sign. poppy knew that knowing her was quite a task ( and nothing about her made that easier ) but hani was a trooper and the blonde gave her a lot of credit for sticking through the curious tale of yeo poppy. “happy to hear you’ve been good! how’s the shop been? any time i see pretty flowers, i always think that they’re from your shop. i mean, this place is amazing. if i were you, i’d never leave.” poppy said, looking around and absolutely admiring the beautiful shop that hani had. ah, some people had all the luck.
when it came back to the matter of the great lie ( one of many great lies that poppy told her mother, really ) poppy shrugged. “i know you say that, but trust me … she’s gorgeous. i mean, i’m fine but i’m not – i’ll never be her. that’s also easy for you to say when you literally look like you could be miss korea.” poppy meant it, too. the first time that she’d noticed hani in the complex, she was sure that the other girl was famous. only famous people had bone structure like that. when hani asks what poppy would have done had her mother asked about the boy, she frowned. “you know what, i never thought of that. i’d probably have sent her a picture of taemin from shinee, but then she’d have seen through me.” that was true, but the girl shook her head. her mother wouldn’t pry like that – would she? “that’s my mom for you.” poppy explained. “never doing anything the way you’d expect … hm, that’s probably where i got it from.” it would make a lot of sense. “my favorite color is pink. don’t pink roses mean, like, forever love or something like that?”
“The shop’s been good...I will probably need to start getting more flowers since this season gets a lot of weddings and such so that means many bouquets for me to do, if you ever have some free time and want to learn a thing or two about making them drop any time you want.” She offered smiling, truth was when she first arrived to Seoul, her flower shop had been rather small, no more than just four walls and a roof with flowers planted by herself yet hardwork paid off and slowly the small room grew as well as the clients and the amount of flowers. Hani chuckled at Poppy’s words, “Flower shops have to close too, you know?”
Hani listened as she worked, a skill she had developed over time to keep up with Poppy’s fantastic tales and other clients who liked to talk as they waited. A soft blush covered her cheeks at Poppy’s compliment, “Hush, that’s too much...” She said, “And you are more than fine, Poppy. You know, beauty is in the eye of the beholder and to me you are gorgeous love, inside and out.” Truth was Poppy was odd with all her questions and histories that Hani heard quite frequently, yet she was also a sweet person and that alone made her beautiful in the florist’s eyes, she just hoped she could see herself in the same light she did. Hani laughed at her solution to the question she had just asked. “Wouldn’t it be better to send a photo of one of the dallyeog neighbors? I’m sure one of the guys would help you” She chuckled as she spoke before focusing again on her task, the perfect bouquet. “Those are red roses Poppy, eternal love....pink roses are grace, a softer pink for passion, joy of life, youth. A darker pink is for gratitude.” She explained as she approached her desk with the final flowers on her hands, placing them down before taking papers of soft pastel colors and ribbons. “You can choose the ones that you like the most out of this.” She said as she passed the new ribbons to her. “I have more if those don’t suit your taste”

“Uh, I think I need it” Cleo said once she sip her cocktail and holding her book with her other hand and she looked at Hani. “So did you get stucked with anyone else?” she asked the other girl. “Anything that you’re thrilled to do? Is been such a long time since I’ve been camping. Ok I went with other Dallyeog friend but was just one day and it doesn’t count”.
Hani smiled at Cleo as she sat down next to her with a sigh of relieve after all the walking she had done to see their surroundings, finding the nature around them beautiful. “Oh no, I brought my own tent so i’m on my own...if you want to join me” She added with a smile to her friend. “Exploring, it seems like the view is amazing here completely different from the city.” Typical Hani reply, where there was nature Hani’s attention would be on it. “Oh and I heard there will be a bonfire! I’m excited for that too!” A bright smile took over her features as she spoke. “And you?” She asked befoe chuckling. “Where did you go that time?”
This was bad, it was worse than bad, it was terrible. Hani’s eyes were wide, almost comically, as she stared at her own creation, a small mistake that had happened due to her scaredy-cat nature and someone jumping into their bubble with a loud scream of joy (or so it seemed) after being thrown a balloon with water inside. “Oh no..” She said to herself as she stares at his longish hair..or the lack of it. “I’m sorry, I’m sorry” Is all hani can said after the initial shock leaves her body, repeating it again and again like a broken record as she puts the scissors away and moves around, trying to find some way to make it better.
“Oh this was such a terrible idea...” Her cheeks were flushed with embarrassment, not being able to look at poor seungmin in the eye, completely ahsamed of the small mistake. “Should I comb your hair in a different way?” She asks, her hands moving to reach him before stopping in the middle of the way, not wanting to make it worse. “Maybe that could do?” Hani said trying to keep calm yet on the inside she felt like crying, she should stick with flowers instead of hair. @jngsungmin
fuyuko wasn’t entirely sure why she had done this and she really didn’t think that it was necessary, now. she had been creeping around the fire exits, trying to find the best way to ‘ spy ‘ on a certain someone. it wasn’t even her most important job, just a little thing on the side; so, not of great importance. however, she was still trying to figure out how to access some hallways quick and unnoticed, and that’s when it had happened. obviously, dallyeog’s landlord was nowhere to be found, ever, so when she saw the state these hidden stairwells were in, she wasn’t exactly surprised. “ damn it, what’s up with this place? “, she whispered to herself as she tried to step over some debris that had apparently fallen off the wall.
as fuyuko tried to do so, however, she slipped on it instead; sending her down the flight of stairs. she had braced her head with her arms, but she still took a hard hit to the ground. some sort of low groan escaped her as she kept her eyes closed, trying to process what had happened. apart from being covered in dust, the investigator could feel her ankle hurting; most likely twisted it or something. squinting one eye open, she took a look at her body, relieved that she didn’t spot any portruding bones or blood. slowly, she managed to prop herself up and limp into the closest hallway. not being able to step onto her right foot, fuyuko slumped against a nearby wall, taking a deep breath – she wouldn’t get far like this, plus her head was throbbing.
she really didn’t want to, but she ended up knocking at the closest door, not really knowing who would be greeting her behind that door; she hoped that it might be someone familiar, or at least nice. after all, her appearance wasn’t really the best and she didn’t want to overexplain herself. as soon as the door opened, she rambled away; “ i am so sorry to bother you, but… uhm… i slipped and…. maybe i could ask for some ice? “
Hani was resting at the comfort of her home, enjoying the warmth of the day off. She was busy in the kitchen, cutting and washing vegetables for the food she was cooking when a loud noise in the hallway startled her, “Ah, that scared me...” She said to herself as she stopped cutting the carrot, putting the knife down as she walked towards the door, wanting to see if everything was alright...perhaps someone had dropped something on the stairs or worse...what if someone fell?! While Hani was walking from her kitchen to the front door when a serie of knocks made the young woman walk faster to reach the door.
“Oh my” The florist said on a soft voice as she took in the appearance of the one who knocked, dust covering from head to toe and slumped against a wall, without second thoughts Hani nodded. “Of course. Come in” She said quickly opening the door to give her full access to her home before a frown set on her features “Do you need help to walk or can you jump to the couch?” It wasn’t that far yet she wanted to be sure if she needed help or not before she had to rush to the kitchen for the ice.
