“It would be my pleasure doll.” Had Nelya not been so much taller than he was he probably just would have carried him there. But as it stood he was this was working just fine for him. He moved with him to the door and through to the break room on the other side. Moving to let him sit down on the couch. “Get comfortable.” There was a slyness to his words, something that promised he had a plan.
It might’ve been a little self-indulgent, he could’ve easily just walked to the side room without Noros pressed against him, but he didn’t try to move the man as he was helpfully relocated. He cocked a brow ridge but nodded, eyes flickered over the bass player as he sat down again, lower lip being teased between his teeth. “Should I remove my jacket? I seem a little overdressed compared to you.”
“I can wait till after, thank you though,” Noros smirked and slipped up behind Nelya when he tried to go to the door and slipped his hands over his hips to pull him back into his own. “I’m sure we will work up a thirst before the days over.” He added a little playfully to accentuate the motion. He couldn’t help but imagine Beau’s reaction when he told him what had taken so long with the flowers.
“Yeah, no problem.” Nelya cleared his throat again, breath catching as the other drell came rather close to him, and he gasped in surprise at the unexpected gesture; which would’ve been expected by now. “O-oh, goodness, right, uhm.. It’s important to stay hydrated after certain activities.” He seemed to hesitate for a moment before he raised his own hands and placed them atop Noros’. “Care to lead me to the break room?”
“You’re asking a lot of me doll, but I suppose I have to if I’m going to get the rest of you hmm?” Noros chuckled before finally back a step away from him, he wasn’t going to let Nelya get away completely though. So he took the chance to get out of his jacket and drape it over the counter, stretching some.
The rest of him? He did his best to hide his reaction to whatever that could possibly mean, a hand raised for his omni-tool to turn off the sign and lock the front door. With that done, Nelya cleared his throat again and returned to the now shirtless Noros, eyes wandered over him carefully before they snapped back up to his face. “So, I’ve uhm, there’s a couch in my break room,” he nodded to one of the doors to his right before he turned and walked toward it. “Would you like some water or anything?”
Noros had expected a little resistance of to be rejected entirely, but as their lips connected he smiled and keep rolling with it. He pressed up a little more to kiss him a little more passionately, he wasn’t really use to doing this with a taller guy so things were feeling a little new to him “Maybe we should close down shop for a bit. I think I might need some undivided attention.” Noros suggested as he traced his mouth down across Nelya’s ribbing.
Surprising himself, Nelya was rather agreeing with this course of action, and he pressed back down in hopefully what would be considered enough for the bass player. “You... You think?” He gasped again, followed by a mutter under his breath as Noros teased him. For a moment he wondered what he’d done for this to happen to him. “I’ve, uh, we could do that..” he leaned his head back with a sigh. “Think you could let me go for about twenty seconds?”
“If you weren’t I certainly wouldn’t be doing this. Though your personality is just as much of a treat as the rest of you. I’m not that shallow.” Noros winked as he pressed his hips fully against the taller man. “Though I honestly think this has really gone beyond simple flirting doll, I’m not offering to just flatter you.” His hand snaked up to grasp the other Drell on the back of the neck and pull him down into a kiss.
Nelya let out a sigh of relief, only for him to gasp again once Noros is fully against him, brow ridges shooting up a bit. “I... What are you offering then?” He felt the touch on the back of his neck, a quiet “where are you—“ before he’s interrupted by the touch of lips against his. The taller man couldn’t help but groan into the kiss he’d made no move of stopping, his eyes slowly slipped closed along with the lowering of his brow ridges. Had anyone told him this would be happening today he probably would’ve laughed it off.
“Am I making you uncomfortable?” Noros asked softly, moving to press Nelya back against the wall so he could push against him. “Do you want me to stop?” He added just as softly, there was a note of seriousness if his tone that said he would back off completely if Nelya gave the word. But for the moment he wasn’t really hearing any complaints just shyness so he was going to keep going.
Almost as if he needed to, Nelya laid his hands flat against the wall, exhaling a little shakily before he shook his head side to side once. “N-no, I’ve just, uhm, wasn’t really... Prepared to be hit on today. Especially by you.” The taller man cleared his throat again, eyes closed for him to take a deep breath. “Am I really that good looking?” Not that he didn’t believe he wasn’t, but it was always nice to hear a compliment.
Noros was already swiping his chit to pay, his hand literally stopping mid-air on it’s way back to his pocket. He looked at Nelya like he had given him a present before he hopped off the counter on Nelya’s side of things and got up close to him. His fingers grabbed the hem of his jacket and tugged him close with it.
“If you wanted me to make you scream all you had to do is ask.” He leaned close, warm breath ghosting over Nelya’s neck. “It would be my pleasure Doll.” He didn’t make a habit of getting handsy with shop owners but hell if this cute guy wasn’t making his day.
The pink drell only watched as Noros moved, gasping once he was pulled close, his eyes widened and face a tinge more red. “I-I..” He stuttered out, unable to believe something like this was really happening. “People aren’t usually this forward with me, let alone a handsome drell such as yourself.” Nelya cleared his throat again, eyes darted about his shop before they settled back on the man before him.
“Your uh... The flowers are yours now.” If Noros weren’t right in front of him, he’d likely be fiddling with his hands right now.
With a curious eye ridge raise Noros couldn’t help but grin. “What an interesting turn of events. I have my chit, though if you really want sixty-nine we could always go in the back doll.” He was just teasing as he pulled his credit chit out of the pocket of his coat and held it out.
Nelya made another noise between a groan and a scream, but he nodded as he tapped again, then motioned toward the other drell. “Whenever you’re ready you can pay.” He cleared his throat again with a closed fist in front of his mouth. “If you’ll excuse me, once you’ve taken the bouquet I think I need to go in the back and scream into the sofa for a bit.”
You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens.

At the mention of making up the fund for closing early Noros opened his oni-tool and snapped a picture of the flowers Nelya had set up for him. After a few taps, he closed it back down. “I don’t think you’ll have much to worry about business-wise. What do I owe you for the flowers doll?”
He figured word would get out soon enough on its own that he had just casually mentioned the shop on his own personal extranet page. He didn’t need to mention it, he wasn’t doing it for praise anyways. “I think Ixo is really going to love them.”
He watched curiously, he must’ve just sent a picture to Ixo, or perhaps the other band mates. “Hmm? Oh!” Nelya turned to his terminal, tapping away before he turned it around for Noros, a hand on his hip. “Your total comes to.... Sixty-nine credits.” He looked away and cleared his throat. “Do you have your chit today, or will you be paying via omni-tool?”
Noros chuckled and reached out, fingertips touching along Nelya’s jaw lightly. “You’d be with me doll, you don’t need tickets. A kiss might be appreciated though?” He teased, his devilish smirk making him seem completely serious. But then he chuckled softly and dropped his hand away. “Sorry, you’re too cute not to tease a little. The show is the day after tomorrow, there is a nice little cafe next door. Why don’t you meet me there and we will get some food before the show?”
With Noros’ hand against his face he tensed a bit, more out of surprise than anything, it was something short of a miracle he’d stayed put. “A kiss?” His eyes widened a bit. “Oh, goodness, I’ve uhm.. I’ll think on it.” A quiet exhale left the man as the other pulled back, eyes closed for a moment as he composed himself. Despite the pink, if Noros looked carefully he’d be able to spot a redder tone along his cheeks and frills. “I don’t often hear that, thank you.”
There was a smile on his face as he looked back up to him, head tilted in thought. “You mean Yelah’s? The place is good, I’ll definitely see you there in two day’s time. I’ll have to close two hours early, but I can make up for that another day.”
What he was thinking about was a little unorthodox, but if the others could bring people backstage all the time so could he. Noros glanced over the flowers with an approving nod before turning his eyes back to the other Drell. “If you need someone to go with why don’t you come with me?”
He didn’t know much about flowers or really care much at that point. But he still thought what the shopkeeper had put together was amazing. He would just prefer to flirt with the person who made it then compliment the flowers themselves.
Nelya flashed a smile, setting the flowers back down on the counter. Thankfully he did that, he might’ve dropped them had he waited a few more seconds, the pink drell couldn’t help but make almost a choked noise of surprise at the question. Noros wanted to bring him? He hadn’t even worn his best outfit today, had he really made that great of an impression.
“You’d want me to come along with you specifically?” He’d asked after a clearing of his throat. “I... I don’t know. I mean, yes, I’d like to do that, coming with you and all that. Where uh, when and where would you want to meet? I should still buy that ticket, yes?”
His eyes narrowed some at the response to his flirt, either it had gone over his head or he was subtly shutting him down. Noros wasn’t one to keep trying if someone told him no, no means no after all. But at the mention of the band, he offered a work smile, that kind of smile that was genuine but more proud then happy.
“I’m glad to hear you like it doll, we have a show coming up in a few days. You going to come watch me live? It’d be nice to know I have a such a cutie cheering for me in the crowd.”
Gods, if Noros kept it up with the compliments, he didn’t know how much longer he’d last before he’d have to go splash some water on his face. “You know... I was actually considering going,” he spoke while he worked, carefully trimming stems of the flowers he’d selected as he laid them down. “The only thing stopping me is the lack of friends wanting to go. They’ve either got other plans, or just don’t like the music.” A couple more flowers in and the bouquet was coming along rather nicely, if he did say so himself.
“But having you ask.. I might just change my mind and buy the ticket.” Nelya crouched to grab some string before he cut a suitable length off, positioning it underneath the pile of stems before he lightly tied it, going so far as to make a bow knot. He then started to wrap the paper and plastic around the lower portions, crumpling the edges in such a way as to create a little rolling effect. “I did have my eyes on one for a seat not too far from the stage. I can’t help but wonder if it’ll still be available once I’m done for today.”
The pink drell smiled softly at Noros before he picked up a delicate blue ribbon, which he tied around the paper. He spliced two inner parts of the remaining ribbon and put them together to effectively create three strands which he braided, then applied some glue to so it stayed. “What do you think?” He held up the bouquet in his arms, almost cradling it. “I don’t quote a price until the customer is satisfied.”
Noros watched him go, eyes wandering down from his shoulders and attempting to examine as much as he could before the other Drell was gone. He knew he was here for Ixo but they didn’t mean he couldn’t have some fun too. When was he ever going to run into another cute Drell like this.
“Doing flowers suits you, you’re both pretty damn beautiful. Though I personally have always preferred beauty I can touch.” Noros commented lazily as he leaned back on his hands on the counter. He glancing over his shoulder to watch Nelya approach.
“You think so?” He took a look over himself with a smile, then set the tray down on the counter. “You’re more than welcome to touch the flowers, most of them are hardy little things that won’t break if rubbed or something.” Nelya then began to sift through what he’d brought out, removing some flowers from their pots before he trimmed the stems. He then started to carefully lay them on top of the paper.
“I hope you don’t mind me saying, but I’m rather fond of the music you guys produce. It’s nice to see another drell out there becoming known.”
“Maybe? She hasn’t been able to go back in a long time.” He turned some and hopped up to sit on the counter next to where Nelya was working. Putting them close together, not that Noros cared.
“I’ll trust your opinion doll.” He assured him, eyes going from his hands up to his face. There a bit of a smugness to him as if he was waiting to see if the other would tell him to get off the counter or not.
“Then I’ll be sure to include around three from her homeworld. I’d feel as if that’d be a nice gesture to her roots.” Nelya raised a brow ridge, but otherwise stayed silent about the red drell’s movement up to his counter. “Alright, well, thanks, I’d certainly hope after doing this for nearly ten years my opinion would be valued.”
He was grateful for the naturally bright pink face he possessed, such a tone usually prevented any sort of blush from being noticeable. Of course this did little for the less saturated colour of his lower frills. “We’ll start with five flowers and see how it looks then, mmkay?” Nelya went around the counter and into a back room, only to return in less than a minute, carrying quite a few potted flowers on a tray.
