Also linked to UMBRAGE, a CIA group that collects Malware and hacks used by other groups to add to US arsenal and allowing them to disguise cyberattacks to forensic investigators as being done by other nations/factions.) Something to think about as the CIA asserts that forensically the hack was done by Russia.
