Hi hi, I've been gone a while

Took a wonderful trip to NZ to see my partner

Realised I have POTS and unfortunately had to leave my job because of it, so I'll probably be posting a bit more regularly again

Little update: I regressed for the first time in a few months last night

It was pure regression so nothing stressful but I figured out one of my stuffies is a trigger

I think it's important to talk about these things sometimes, not all regression is voluntary and impure involuntary regression can be scary

Finding triggers, even positive ones, and being able to identify them is important ♡
