I was nervous the night before. I wanted to be respectful of pronouns. Of course I didn't want to mispronounce a carefully chosen name. I wanted to be the open and unbiased person I hope I am. And basically not come across as a CIS homonormative jerk. The next morning I realized my nerves had left. I was going to be myself and only myself. And I was going to trust my process.
