January 1st, 2016. The date marked the start of a new era for the Windy City, a year that signified personal and professional advancement for all. One individual, known as The Firework due to his or hers explosive works, made an extra effort to start this year of with a bang. Quite literally. Lincoln Park was the target, and as thousands gathered to bring in the new year, The Firework and his crew set off a series of explosions in a bid to create the maximum amount of chaos. And it worked. With the death toll at a staggering eighty-six, with the injured count even higher, Chicago was well and truly struck. Amongst the fallen were several of the City’s own protectors. Off duty policemen, firemen, doctors and many more, lost their lives to a meaningless act of terror. Now, a month later, the city is still struggling to move on from the tragedy.
This is a semi-plotless appless roleplay based in the world created by Dick Wolf. For the most part, it will be au as we will be allowing deceased characters and those who have left to be in play. OCs are accepted and also encouraged.

why do you guys ban singers
I have explained this before, but I think it’s because singers (One Direction, Taylor Swift etc) Are overused as face claims, but that is just my opinion.
I’ve just finished my first shift of 2 shifts today, so while I’m out doing my other shift you should come and apply!
We have many canons open such as: Will Halstead, Gabriela Dawson, Connor Rhodes, Matthew Casey, Adam Ruzek. Many OCs wanted such as: Crystal Reed, Stephen Amell, Bob Morely! Come Check us out, While I watch the One Chicago Ep again!
You probably get more people join if you have more celebrity choice such as musicians.
I have no idea on how to answer this question without offending anybody. or the reason why we have banned face claims. But I honestly think we have many face claims open, that are sometimes overlooked in RPGs.
