Struggling :(

So it's been a rough week with panic attacks, anxious all the time and sick on top of it and this is just topping it all off. Managed to get beyond irrationally angry at a few of my friends yesterday, played my first game of indoor soccer in almost a year and fell because I was trying so hard not to fall over when I had people yelling at me and 'cheering' (although I said I tripped on someone's feet), almost had a panic attack mid game, didn't sleep last night because I was so cranky and it was really loud at my house for some reason, have a massive assignment due this week, family doesn't seem to care or want to communicate with me and have to work 1:30-8:30 with no break today. And to top it off I'm still stupidly angry! Can today be over already? Sorry for that I needed to get it all out
