How do you draw so fast? Is it from years of practise or are you just built like that

I've been drawing for many years now, like my whole life, so over time I just learned to draw quite quickly. But in reality, my process doesn't always go that fast; sometimes I just draw a lot of stuff all at once and don't post them all at once.
