🎬Meet The Cast🎬 • Jasmine Ogunjimi | ZOE | 👤@mizz_jazz • Jasmine Ogunjimi is a Chicago-bred, Los Angeles-based, Nigerian-American Screenwriter. As a former professional athlete turned filmmaking multi-hyphenate, she’s spent most of her pre-film industry life across the world as both a professional dancer and a professional basketball player in places like Asia, Europe, and Africa. Jasmine is invested in creating grounded dramedies rooted in faith-based beliefs that center the intersectionalities of women, social institutions, and the authentic Black/African experiences, blatantly demonstrated in her recent project BERMUDA, set to release in 2021. Before relocating to LA, Jasmine has spent time on respected TV sets like: Lena Waithe’s ‘The Chi’, and Jordan Peele’s ‘Lovecraft Country’; among many others as Office Assistant and On Set Production Assistant.
