Word: "Dawn"
Warm fur and the careful rise and fall of of a sturdy chest. When a warm wet tongue ran along his cheek his face contorted into disgust while the dog his head was resting on began to pant in amusement, tail wagging to shake it’s body. Shifting to sit up Edwin let his senses reach out, feeling the leaves of the plants around him almost reaching up to where the sky was probably lightening.
"It’s dawn, Heinrich?" He mumbled while scratching his head where pale strands stuck up in various directions, a bark confirming his question. Getting to his feet he groped around for something to stabilize himself on, the dog brushing against his fingers to guide them to the tree next to them, allowing him to stand properly as a yawn escaped him. Another bark from the animal alerted him to someone approaching them, his face turning in the indicated direction as he dusted himself off.
An all-nighter was certainly not the best idea she had thought of or the best decision to go through with but..her she was. Wandering home after a long nights study at the academy. Medical therapy was a very broad thing to study so she had barely made a dent in what she was learning, but at least it was something.
A small noise was produced from the back of her throat as she lifted her arms far above her head in a deep stretch, satisfying. The park was a good way home as well, she remembered a coffee shop along the way to her house, and was thinking over the idea of picking up a tea.
Looking around, Sakura admired the scenery, the green was returning after the, long felt, winter and spring was upon the area. Although, even with the spring season being rather warm, she still found herself bundled in a big comfy sweater this early in the morning. As she walked she heard some rustling and noticed what looked like to be a dog. Was it lost? She wondered or- That's when she noticed a boy. Pulling himself off the ground. W-was he asleep here? Or was he just resting and taking a break after walking his dog? Sakura felt some worry wash over her. And slowly approached the boy and his dog, hesitating at the dogs bark. She held her hands up to show she didn't mean any harm.
"Uhm! I'm sorry to bother you! But I was just making sure you were okay over here."
