Dawg the more that I think about it the more I realize how heartbroken she sounds and how heartbreaking of a realization that is— to realize the person you’ve chosen as your closest confidante, the person that matters most to you in the world, the one who believed in you when no one else did, disagrees with your core belief in making the world a better place.

Now imagine Nick. The best thing to ever happen to you was this bunny coming into your life and changing your perspective of it. She brings you nothing but joy, she’s the most important person in your life, up until now she has done nothing but try and prove that the two of you belong together despite your differences. You never minded your differences and always tuned out naysayers but now, to you, she’s saying “maybe we don’t belong together.”

It's crazy that 90% of the new Zootopia movie is just Judy running into danger and Nick frantically chasing after her, picking up things she dropped and desperately trying to prevent her from killing herself. Nick Wilde was a conman, he's not USED to being the responsible one but now that he's partners with Judy he literally has no choice because she's twice as chaotic as him with half the sense of self preservation.

Basically Zootopia 2’s Plot

Judy: We have to solve this case and uncover the biggest conspiracy in the history of Zootopia about why we have demonized reptiles so that the greedy rich people who want us dead don’t continue to gentrify their historic neighborhoods and erase the true origin of the city.

Nick: Babe this is how people get assassinated, my vote is elopement.

“Characters a and b need to go their separate ways at the end of a Disney sequel to show their growth and development” is so tired and dumb. I need Zootopia 2 to do the opposite. Make Judy and Nick so insanely dependent on each other that it’s borderline unhealthy and it remains that way for the entire duration of the film. Have them get separated during a big chaos scene and make them go absolutely feral. Nick panicking like he did in the first movie, screaming and hurriedly looking everywhere for her. Judy becoming so stressed and anxious that she instinctively reaches for Nick’s paw only to go crazy when she realizes he’s not there.
