Okay so the number on the scale hasn’t changed much but damn, my body feels like it’s trying to. I was asked what it’s like trying to get off and you can see it, the belly’s in the way, the fat pad’s creeping up, and my chest presses into my arms every time I move. I have to really squish and reach around this growing middle just to get my hand where I want it. Sitting is even harder 🫣

It’s not impossible yet, no where near it. But it’s getting harder and so am I because of it. And that’s what makes it hotter. Every pound makes my body more of a barrier. More softness. More struggle. More fat in the way of everything and it makes me want to grow so much more 🥵
