guide to become your best version ✨
the first step, be clear about what your best version would look like. questions to ask yourself.
what would my best version look like?
what habits would i have?
what would my life be like?
what would be my morning and evening routine?
what thoughts would i have?
what would i focus on?
what thoughts and habits should i leave behind?
how would i like to feel?
and lastly…
what can i start doing to connect with this version of me?
you can also add your own questions if they resonate with you, the important thing about this exercise is that you connect a little bit more with that better version of yourself.
from my experience, it is important to focus and work on these three areas of our life at the same time so that none of these areas are out of balance and we can flow to that version more easily.
it is important because i have realized from my own experience and from other people who send me questions that they only focus on one area, in most cases, the habits, and forget others, then when something happens or we go through a bad moment we feel lost and it seems that everything is "wrong" but if we work on these areas at the same time and we nurture them day by day we will have more control of our emotions and thoughts, then we will not stagnate in "bad times". remember, we can always go through bad times but these always bring us a learning experience.
✨ physical
daily movement, create an exercise routine
eating healthy food, for the sake and perfect functioning of our body.
create a daily routine that will help us reach our goals.
healthy habits
hobbies that help us connect with our best self.
focus on the well-being of our body
✨ mental and emotional
read about personal growth, psychology, and topics that will help us to improve our personal best.
journaling
keep a daily record of our emotions, as well as our habits.
focus on what we do want rather than what we don't want
detect what our negative thought patterns are and change them for - more positive ones according to how we want to think and feel from now on.
affirm positively
work on those areas of our life that we need to improve or are damaged
✨ spiritual
healing and balancing both your feminine and masculine energies
develop your intuition
have faith in yourself and in the process of creation (god, universe, energy…)
read about spirituality
meditate day and night
doing energetic cleansing
connect with your spiritual side
love yourself for who you are now
forgive the people who hurt us and forget the past
practice gratitude
practice compassion and tolerance towards yourself and others
connect with nature
this is what i believe brings us closer to becoming our best version, as i am always learning new things about the subject and evolving both personally and spiritually so i will continue to share this in future posts.
as always all questions related to the topic are welcome and if you have any doubts you can also ask.

how much exercise should you do per week for maximum health benefits?
note: while getting enough of different types of exercise is important, as different types of exercise bring different primary benefits, the most important thing is that you are moving your body! don’t feel pressured to do a strict amount of cardio per week if you don’t like cardio, especially if you are new to exercise. this goes for any other type of exercise. it’s totally okay to do the exercise you enjoy doing, as long as you are doing it!
how much cardio should you be doing?
while this may differ according to your personal health, conditions you may have, your goals, etc. (as with any other form of exercise), the general advice given by professionals and the American Heart Association is at least 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity or 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity per week. if we are going with 150 minutes per week, this would mean at least 21 minutes per day, or 30 minutes 5x per week. this schedule may vary depending on your schedule, but the overall goal is 75 or 150 minutes per week!
how much strength/weight training should you be doing?
while different professional sources have varying opinions on this, the most common advice is 60-90 minutes per week. if we are using 90 minutes per week, this would equal to 13 minutes per day, 18 minutes 5x per week, or 30 minutes 3x per week.
how much yoga/stretching should you be doing?
it is important to at least include a short cool down stretch after your workout to prevent injury and reduce soreness, but when it comes to yoga, it is recommended that you include at least a 1 hour session 3x per week, although doing a bit each day is considered ideal. using the guide of 3 hours per week, this would equal 26 minutes per day, 36 minutes 5x per week, or 60 minutes 3x per week.
how much pilates should you be doing?
while many do not include pilates in their routine or do not consider it necessary, i and many others find it incredibly beneficial due to its ability to work the smaller muscle groups that weight training usually does not. it is generally recommended that you do a 45 minute session 3-4x per week. this would also equal 19 minutes daily if you prefer to split it that way.

how to be smarter
● be curious
research topics you always wanted to know. Anotate what interest you when you listen to someone else ( in a youtube video, a podcast or irl). Ask more questions
● have a knowledge journal
this one is connected with the previous one. The brain is not made to store information, it is made to create more questions, so you have to keep all the knowledge you adquire in one place. It does not have to be pretty, it has to be useful.
● read more non fiction books
reading is a great habit, one of the best ones because it keeps you from social media. If your are starting your journey with reading, my advice is not to force you to read an specific genre but if you are looking for new books to read it is always recommendable to read non fiction. Start with a topic that you are curious about or one that helps you to become better at one skill
● learn a language
speaking various languages allows you to have an open mind, while helping you to have a better CV. Choose a language acording to your personality, what you enjoy doing, don't worry too much about how many people actually speaks the language. Dowload apps to start, pick a workbook to guide you with your grammar and listen to media in your target language
● consume content that is useful
be aware of what you watch, what you listen. Look for new youtube channels, tiktok and instagram accounts that give you information that makes you want to learn more. Make sure you are mindful about what you consume and choose content that is not only informative but entretaining

♡ pov you're 8 and just got home from school ♡
I cannot express how much I have riding on Greta Gerwig’s Barbie (2023) like y’all don’t understand I want it to be phenomenal I want it to be groundbreaking I want it to break box office records I want it to make film bros angry beyond comprehension I want it to overwrite my brain chemistry I want to see camp and trash and elegance and sublimity I want Ryan Gosling to win an Oscar I want Greta Gerwig to haunt my dreams like the ghost of Barbie Past, Present, and Future
como no t va a gustar barbie a fairy secret
BARBIE (2023) dir. Greta Gerwig
Attention to detail in "Barbie: the pearl princess".
I don't really like "The pearl princess" because it doesn't have that same Barbie vibe and the main character isn't that special to me, but the detail, god, the detail!! I'm still in awe, because this is absolutely not typical for barbie movies. But here they made spots on the hands, pores on the skin, stains on the glass, a pattern on the armor, traced every pearl in the crown... it's wonderful!
