All these things I’ve been eating the past couple of weeks … Most of it has got to GO! As I venture into this cleaner eating, I already know there will be hard days ahead bc I’m so accustomed to eating whatever I feel like at the time and just being happy with the lil muffin top or spare tire I carry around the midsection … But those days need to be behind me! I’m hoping only to prove to myself that I can do this… If it helps anyone else that’s cool. But all my future posts will be mainly to help hold myself more accountable. I love taking pics of everything so documenting this journey thru my pics and posts will surely help me succeed. (Fingers crossed! Lol)
