Imagine if, instead of buying NFTs, those people "adopted" wild animals, zoo animals, or animals in rescue and rehabilitation and get to help great causes and conservation AND get cute photos and stuffed animals and updates about the animals they're supporting.

Imagine if all the money that went into mining cryptocurrency and buying NFTs went into general conservation efforts instead, if it was used to help our planet instead of destroy it more.

Bead animals were my JAM in the 90’s!! And you don’t have to limit your creativity to lizards, either! With a few adjustments, you can make anything!

AND with a little practice, you can even make them 3D shaped (especially with the smaller beads and wire, though you can make them with the bigger beads and string, to an extent)

I love being butch4butch, tbh. Like, let’s fucking fulfill some stereotypes and build stuff together, go hiking together, appreciate each others’ hands and arms and shoulders, feel each others’ callouses running over our skin. I love masculinity in women/nonbinary butches and I know from experience that it’s hard to exist in the world like this and I know they have so much courage to be true to themselves. We can be a refuge for each other from the bullshit we experience in the outside world and understand and care for each other on a deep level.
