i think this means they love learning and thinking, but not implying what they learn. perhaps they do not have the will to do so, because they just love the idea of knowing. they like knowing that they have 'potential.' so in my sense they might love debating/chatting sort of stimulation instead of solving problems and puzzles (physically).

i have a scorpio rising, so i should have an aquarius ic and libra in the 12th house, right? but mine are pisces in the 4th and scorpio in the 12th house. it's probably not uncommon, but i wanted to know why were they placed like that lol
