I have been watching the amazing world of gumball . Realized some sad shit.
A cartoon demonstrates love better than people in real life do.
Penny and Gumballs relationship.
They have loyalty towards each other.
They love each other.
They care about each other.
Sad how a cartoon demonstrates love than ANY person ever will in real life.
So for all my stoners out there. I have the funniest thing I think I have ever seen in my life. I know most of you will probably call me a child for watching cartoons but oh well. The Amazing World Of Gumball S2E20. So there are two reasons I find this episode so funny. The sausage is one of them. Because of its whole excitement with every experience it goes through The second reason is also in part of one of ep20. There are these tiny cords and the situation they get into is not only funny but a big circle. This is hands down one of the funniest episodes in the world. So for those of you that are down and feeling sad please check it out. Might lift your spirits especially if you see it for yourself.
Decided to rewatch another episode of Rick And Morty S4E10 (Unfortunately my phone has been messed up for some time so I haven't had one in months)- Towards the end of the episode Rick is reviewing a memory to find out who is the real beth and who is the clone. To me even though Rick feels like a horrible father he isn't. I think Rick gave Beth freedom. Rick sees it as he's a terrible father because he abandoned Beth. As a dad I want my daughter to live her life in the way she wants to. Rick to me is a good father because he gave Beth both lives. Life as a mother and be able to be free. He wanted to give his daughter the ability to be happy and experience all that she can in her life. To me Rick is very misunderstood. He's just doing the best he can. In the same episode he is also trying to save his friend Birdperson. He tries to be a good father and a good friend. At the end of the episode he is sitting there by himself. He sits down and looks at the ground. The look on his face at that point is relatable for me. "I can't win no matter how hard I try." To me that's what Rick was thinking when he was looking at the ground. Rick to me is one of the most relatable characters in Rick And Morty. I think Rick feels like a failure all the time so he tries to make up for the wrong that he does by trying to help. This episode hits hard for me because I'm a dad. I just want what's best for my child. Also I try to be a good friend. I try to help others. I suffer in silence. So does Rick. This episode is one of the most impactful episodes. Awesome show. Can't wait for season 9.
Decided to rewatch another episode of Rick and Morty- S2 E10 - The wedding squanchers - I believe what Rick says in the beginning , "Weddings are basically funerals with cakes." Is true due to the fact you are basically giving up your old life but, starting a new one. This episode is interesting because it shows how Rick feels about weddings and or marriage. But Rick has a heart so he goes not just due to how annoyed he is by his family and not just because of Jerry because deep down Rick does care about people. I enjoy watching Rick and Morty because of how their adventures turn out. I also enjoy the lessons that some of these episodes teach (S2 E3). This show is related to so many people I believe. Just to clarify I'm talking about Rick C-137. I understand all of the different variations of himself do horrible and heinous things.
Triggered - 5 stars - This movie was a different take on how the saw series is based. This movie had a lot of core elements (ex. Dread, Terror, Adrenaline, etc). This movie was demented but, the plot was driven the right way. Demented in the sense of how the plot continued to unfold. As it continued to unfold it got darker and darker. The ending was one of the most satisfying endings. Finding out why everything was going on. This movie reminds me a lot of the movie "9 dead". The most interesting thing about this movie was the view of what survival might turn you into. You get a taste for something and it starts to drive you down dark paths. The human psyche is interesting because once true dread and terror set in you become a person you never thought you could be. The actions you might do when driven to a point of insanity and fear. Movies like this one are very rare. Most movies like this one do not have as many of the core elements as a horror movie should. I would not rewatch this one never the less this movie was really good. This one I would recommend again to the people who can watch movies that are terrifying in the dark.
Don't open your eyes - 3 stars - This movie takes on another spin of the supernatural. The plot was interesting. The movie seems harmless in the beginning but, by the mid-way point the movie starts to take a dark turn. As the movie progresses you begin to realize the main character should have made different choices. The interesting spin on this movie is immortality in the sense of what would you as a person do to receive it. Something that made this movie hard to watch was the aspect of someone you love passing away. Something that made this movie hard to view was the fact one of the characters had problems speaking. Had a really hard time understanding what the 2nd character was saying throughout the movie. This is not a movie I would rewatch. It's another movie I would recommend for horror fans that get scared easily not scary and somewhat predictable. The core aspects of horror were not in the movie up until the end of the movie.

Hallowed Ground - 3 star rating - The interesting part about this film was the twist on the supernatural. This film is more of a comedy horror rather than just a horror film. It's not a movie I would rewatch. Still a good movie. Another take on the supernatural is the form of immortality and how it works with this film. The plot was dry as in bland. Did not give me a feeling of dread or terror. It was another movie I was able to predict a lot of parts of the film before they happened. This film could have been scary but, most supernatural films lack a lot of the core elements to a horror movie. None the less the plot was a very good idea. Just needed some key and core components of a horror movie.
Deadly Revisions - 5 stars - This movie was fantastic. It is more of a psychological thriller mixed with horror. This movie's plot was interesting due to each plot twist making the perception of the viewer as the movie continues to change and start to question certain aspects in the movie. This movie made you have the feelings of dread and terror. This movie continued to add to the core of the movie rather than an element (ex drama, violence, nudity) taking control of the movie. Another thing this movie did amazingly was start off as boring but, as the movie progresses it slowly grabs your attention. I haven't seen a movie that uses that kind of technique in a long time. This movie is definitely one I would rewatch and recommend. The ending was quite interesting in taking away all the elements but, adding that feeling of terror and amplifying it. This movie in my opinion was done fantastically and I give full props to this movie's entire staff. Without using the modern day computer generated items. (Ex.Cgi). This movie would be for my stronger horror fans. The one who stays up late at night lights off and watches the movie in the dark. I highly recommend this movie.
Asylum Of Fear - 2 star rating- Violence was overplayed in this movie. An over exaggerated dramatic amount of violence. This by far is one of the worst horror movies I have ever seen. Had a good plot but, the plot was overtaken by the violence. The movie wasn't bad but, its plot was ruined. This movie was not scary at all. Somewhat boring. Not a movie I will rewatch. I would recommend it for people who want something less scary than say Terrifyer series. If you do watch it don't be surprised if you fall asleep as I said this movie really wasn't that good. A lot of core and key elements were missing from this film. But the plot should have been changed to more of a paranormal than a violent movie. In all this movie had a good plot but, the plot was ruined due to the violence.
Unhallowed Ground- 2 and a half stars. There's a reason you don't want to mess with black magic. Was an interesting movie. Not scary. Some effects used were not a good addition to the movie. Plot twist was not that great. The ending however did surprise me. It was not a movie I would rewatch but, I would recommend it to those who like paranormal movies. The aspect of black magic in a movie in my opinion is a little much. I think they overplay the black magic bit a lot. This movie was similar to Drag me to hell. Not the curse but the whole being chased by evil idea. For me this was somewhat a predictable movie. This movie lacked suspense. Again to me suspense is the core to a horror movie. The feeling of dread is another core to horror movies.
Don't look At The Demon - 4 star rating- This movie had a lot of good plot twists. The ending was unexpected. There wasn't much horror but the suspense was great. This movie was not bad at all. From the title it sounds pretty lame. It's not. Not a lot of scares in this movie. A lot of questions though. Another exciting thing about this movie is it leaves you questioning what is real? The plot twists make it impossible to see if anything was real or not. I enjoyed this movie. I'm not big on paranormal stuff so it's not a movie I would watch again but, it is one I would recommend to others. This movie is suspense filled. It was not scary to me. This movie is one that's not in my genre. In other words I'm not a big fan of paranormal. But this movie combined the paranormal with demonic entities. Very interesting. Plot was very well thought out. Good movie.
Irreversible- 2002- Rating - 2. This movie was disgusting. I didn't look away or shut my eyes. The acts of individuals specifically people who take advantage of people sexually is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. Depicted in a movie. The movie itself was fantastic the music specifically. The music in this movie in the beginning just gives the feeling of dread. That is horror at its core. This movie depiction wise was disgusting in depicting certain elements of LGBTQ. I was planning on watching this movie for a while now that I have I will never watch it again. Graphic depictions of nude men in this film. For those that are going to watch this film. The worst part in this movie is the depiction of rape and assault. If you are a woman be careful this movie will affect you badly. The reason I watched this movie is because people said it was a very difficult movie to watch. I am a horror fan so I have seen a lot of different movies. There were only two that affected me due to the psychological nature of demented human beings. This movie only made me put myself in the situation and for me my way of dealing with the situation would have been drastically different. The plot of this movie was another good thing as well. It stayed consistent with a few elements of flash backs which I also enjoyed.
I was rewatching Rick and Morty. I came across S2 E3. The end of the episode hits hard for me. Even though Rick is the smartest person on the planet he still feels. Rick tries to end his own life. Because he's in pain. But, I guessed the reason why. Because even being the smartest still comes with feeling. Still comes with pain. I was curious to see how right I was so I looked it up. My search result said the reasons why one of those reasons is because even though he's the smartest person he still feels. The reason this surprised me is because he could make some kind of device or use some chemicals and make something to make him not feel pain. But, pain makes us human. I think even though Rick doesn't want to be he acknowledges being human. The reason I think this is because he continues to live even though he feels pain. Also he doesn't choose to change the way he is or to make himself not feel pain. Rick and myself seem to kinda be the same. Our thoughts seem to be the same. Watching Rick try to end himself is hard because no one on the show says it but he's a good guy. He makes mistakes but, when does any human get it right? Another reason is because it shows how loneliness affects us as human beings. It may be a cartoon but, it demonstrates how hard it is being a human in this world and how our feelings have an effect on us. Depression and loneliness are two things Rick experiences a lot. According to my search results. I'm glad to know some shows I can relate to. Rick and Morty will ALWAYS be one of them.
I revisited a movie I haven't watched in a while because the ending hits very close to home for me. Spider-Man: No Way Home. The last spell Spider-Man chooses to have Dr.Strange cast is a spell that's a sacrifice (A forget spell) which is a heroic gesture due to the fact that he knows when Dr.Strange casts the spell everything will be different for him. I tried not to watch this movie because if I had a choice to make everyone forget and it would save them I would. Me and Spider-Man are too much alike. We sacrifice for the ones we love. This movie really shows what a hero is made of and the sacrifices they make for their loved ones. Some people say Spider-Man is a street level hero. This movie proves how much of a hero he really is. He's not a street level hero. He's more than that. In the beginning of the movie he starts out not understanding his potential but, by the end of the movie he becomes the true hero he was always meant to be. The sacrifice he makes is one I would too. So, I could save the people I love.
