Grief sux…….its all consuming. It literally swallows you whole. I thought I would be “better” by now. Death has hit me before and I managed but not this time. This time death has brought me to my fucking knees and my soul fucking aches. I teeter on the edge of complete numbness and the knifes edge of suicide. I’m finding comfort in suicidal ideation because then at least the pain will be gone. Everything I’ve been through,all the traumas and I’ve always bounced back however this time it feels never ending. Wish I could just make it stop. Wish I could go back. Wish I could change it.
