With this account and through my Chloe Briz shop, I choose to share my #HeartArt openly. Everything that comes out of me and reaches the Chloe Briz vessel is HeartArt. I’ve called my art this for some time — I can’t remember how long exactly, but certainly before this account was anything official and long before I knew the words to define it. I just knew that’s what it was. And is. It’s intention. It’s release. It’s processing. It’s passion. It’s curiosity. It’s gratitude. It’s love. It’s acceptance. It’s a stamp in time to my feelings and to my journey up to that exact moment. It’s when my authentic existence, as it truly is, is finally unleashed onto paper. (My fav form of expression is paper and pen, as you know.) — ❣️ — I’m thankful the words to define #HeartArt have finally come through me because it’s my mission through sharing my heartart that you will endeavor to find and express your heartart. A note on space

It’s okay to have plenty of it. To find the balance in it. The wiggle room. To play with it. When we need more or less. Even when it changes.

Space is funny, - how you can think of it can be changing.

If we let it grow to what we need, it can nourish us in profound ways.

Our resistance to giving ourselves the space we truly need, truly crave, can maybe be a result of fearing we’ll get lost.

But maybe it’s okay to be lost in the spaces we create.

We’re always rooted to something bigger.

Even when we’re lost, our deepest points are grounded in that deep energy of love.

POKING THROUGH

[[an ongoing series contemplating mental health from an interior perspective, looking at how we cope with both difficult times of mental instability and also relative periods of peace when we’re just trying to find our place. Either way, it takes continued practice, continued effort to POKE THROUGH that which does not serve us, to see the light, to find home, to be clear.]]

This is my very personal art+word series that I am happy to continue sharing. I have pages filled and more comes to me quite often.

I have a very intimate journey with mental health, and I try to nurture myself with grace as best I can. The pain can sometimes be downright scary to deal with though.

My expression through creativity has been a vital resource in navigating this terrain. It helps me get things out of my body and somewhere else when it feels like too much. It helps me poke through.

This, by the way, is why I am so freaking passionate about what I am doing with this platform and my shop. I have huge ambitions of continuing my healing through creativity and sharing that power with others — empowering others to heal and grow through their own expression.

I believe it’s how we can heal the world.
