Pretty proud of my active day today and active week in general this week 😍 3000 calories, 2+ hours active, 11,500 steps and 7.5km today! 💪🏽 Slowly but surely getting back into the swing of my health and fitness and feeling really good about it! 😊 This will very much improve my mental health too!
