if shadow is sonic's rival, then who is blazes?
this is my sonic oc, Haze! The art style was inspiration from uekawas style! i also used images of Blaze for the face, and ingame images of haze for body reference. Surge was also there for her outfit.

Project H.A.Z.E. was a secret project conducted by a distant descendant of Eggman Nega of the Robotnik family in the Sol Dimension's far future. The project's plan was to create an lifeform capable of equaling—or surpassing—the legendary power of the Sol royal line. To achieve this, genetic material secretly obtained from the Sol royal family was put into a jackal embryo for Project H.A.Z.E.
However, as development went on, the project began to exceed expectations. The subject displayed an unprecedented rate of growth, rapidly evolving her abilities and developing a strong-willed personality that resisted control. Concerned that H.A.Z.E. could not be controlled, researchers suspended further testing and sealed the subject within a stasis chamber for ways of obidience. Before those plans could be completed, the facility was lost during a incident, leaving Project H.A.Z.E. abandoned. The subject remained in stasis for generations until a malfunction in the system awakened her. The subject adopted the name Haze. Possessing extraordinary fire manipulation, exceptional mobility, Haze now seeks to define her own purpose—while frequently clashing with Blaze the Cat.
just like blaze, haze can harness the sol emeralds powers.

there is a jackal species called the golden jackal, which directly inspired Haze.
Project Haze is a direct reference to geralds project like shadow. if sonic is a extrovert, shadow a introvert, and blaze a introvert- then haze is the extrovert then.
i purposely have her a "H" symbol ish thing on her pants- shes also a canon alt fashion and kandi lover! she loves making kandi.
she loves Fighting alongside Blaze, and racing Blaze at full speed just to see her reaction. She loves getting into competetions with her.
Her rollerblades have been repaired and upgraded so many times that no two wheels are originally from the same version.
Haze is bad at sitting still for long periods.
She laughs during fights—not because she’s mocking opponents, but because she’s always genuinely having fun.

Haze originally began as a crack character concept. The initial idea was simple: a chaotic, energetic counterpart to Blaze the Cat who would contrast her serious, introverted personality-
