more chatfics with plot please. i dont mean "lmao sillygoofy chatfic where the plot is gay panic". and i dont mean "chatfics that turn into prosefics halfway through" either. i mean chatfics and socmed aus that take advantage of their very unique medium to tell compelling stories through snapshots of group chat messages and social media posts. i mean fics where anonymity is played with gratuitously because theyre on the internet and they CAN. i mean fics where we as the audience are not privy to more rhan half of the story, because it happens in physical spaces that arent present in the fic itself. hell, i mean fics where the way characters type is part of the story itself; where the character who talks in lapslock stops correcting autocaps when theyre stressed, or where the character you expect to have erratic highly atypical grammar and capitalization uses perfect caps because theyre using tts. just, like, more chatfics that USE the fact theyre a chatfic to their benefit.
