I feel so alone. I’m at a new school and everyone seems to already be in a group or all happy. But I just feel like crying whenever I’m around people and I have panic attacks on my way to school.
I used to be so happy and able to talk to anyone but maybe I’m not like that anymore because of the uncertainty. Why do I feel like this?

Fasting tipps - how I fasted for 5 days (132 hours)
>Take supplements!
I'd say magnesium is the most important and also potassium and sodium (I only took magnesium though)
It'll stop you from feeling like you're going to pass out.
>Drink A LOT of water
Minimum of 2 litres a day
>do allow yourself somethings
What helped me with fasting that long immensely is chewing gum and drinking diet soda and zero calorie energy drinks or tea!
Not allowing myself anything makes fasting too hard for me haha

It helps me stay on track when I get cravings!
You could go on Tumblr and look at thinspo whenever you crave something (drinking water helps a lot too) or you could write down all your reasons why.
And lastly:
After the fast, don't just go directly back to eating normally. It could be dangerous. You have to slowly introduce food back to your body. You should be eating light things like eggs or vegetables. I advise you to plan what you're going to eat before hand.
I eneded the fast with a binge (my mom baked cookies and I didn't want to be rude and then it turned into a binge (╥_╥)) and it went horrible.
I felt unable to get up, my heart was beating so fast I genuinely thought I was going to die. And I just felt horrible idk how to describe it really.

How do you guys restrict calories when you’re on your period?
Rose from BlackPink is my favourite thinspo even though I don’t like most of their music and their fans are rabid. Like a rabid dog with a knife or Lindsay Lohan 2009 era.
I wish my ribs poked out like hers and my arms and face was slim like hers. Instead it’s covered in 20kg layers of fat and cellulite. I’m so ugly I don’t deserve to eat.
I broke my 16 hour fast to eat so I could take pain killers. My period hurts really bad and I feel fat I’m going to try and not eat for a whole day next week (so I’m the new year). I also haven’t slept for 24 hours ouch
If I wasn’t so fat maybe people would like me more
Just ate two servings of ice cream (like 500 calories) and I feel fat so here’s some thinspo of Hitomi from Iz*One.
One day when I decide to stop eating I will be thin and dainty like her. When she lost weight her face slimed down so much, I hope mine can do that too. She looks so good with her hair tied back.
