i love how picking up thai through watching gls shapes what I learn in funny ways. For example, I've learned the word for wife and have heard it enough times that i'm able to recognise it and understand it before i see it in the subtitles

With AI girl, I was expecting some Life of Leo(h) type situation. Something fluffy. I wasn’t expecting so much lore. But I dig it! I already knew I would enjoy it - Gen is delightful and I love a good robot trope - but now I am SEATED.

I'm going to play Thai GL soundtracks to a wholly unsuspecting audience

Today on "Spreading the Thai GL agenda": I taught a class with students who are graduating school this year. My students asked me to play piano at their graduation ceremony.

Me: What do you want me to play?

Student: Whatever you like. You are going to play while we are being handed our certificates.

Me: Are you guys sure? I only know a few pieces on the piano.

Student: We trust you.

My ADHD brain only knows pieces that can hold my attention, which translates to the Undertale Soundtrack and pieces I came up with myself. And, of course, Thai GL soundtracks.

So, soon, in small-town Germany, in front of proud graduates and even prouder parents, in front of my colleagues and my principal, in front of hundreds of people in fancy-ass clothes, I am going to play pieces from My marvellous dream is you, The loyal Pin and Love Design. I will have to giggle all of my giggles before the actual event to not destroy the festive atmosphere.

Thank you, guys, for your gifs and thoughts and fanfiction! Tumblr is a tremendous source of joy for me. And I'm doing my part to spread the word about these wonderful shows.
