Niko a multi-outlet power strip by Most Modest

This combination of a functional wood shape and a new colorful knitted mesh power cable is designed to display and blend with furniture. You can choose between four cable colors to either decently fit it in your existing furniture color scheme or proudly set it apart from all the other items. The San-Francisco based design studio Most Modest carefully selected the producing partners for Niko to make it a US made product.

Here are just a few example of posters which where poplar during the 1920s. They are very much in the style of art deco. I have noticed that a lot of geometric shapes are used as well as repeating patterns and the use of symmetry. The colours all seem to be deep rich colours such as gold black and reds. Taking this into consideration i will need to keep these elements in mind when it comes to designing my own menu as well as creating colour patterns and selecting text.

Miniature Treehouse

LA-based artist Jedediah Corwyn Voltz creates awesome miniature treehouse’s in houseplants and Bonsai trees in his new series Somewhere small. So far he’s created 25 miniature treehouse’s that resemble tiny watchtowers in secluded forests, to large bustling windmills or water wheels.
