all of the zines have arrived, but not all were able to be shipped yet (tl; dr I underestimated the price of shipping for the amount of international orders we had, and needed to wait for a paycheck in order to get that done)

Any that haven’t been shipped yet will be shipped tomorrow. I’m very, very sorry about the mistake on my part that lead to this delay, and thank you for your patience.

hopefully in the coming week! there were some issues with the proof print that needed to be sorted out, and the following back-and-forth with the printing company lost us a little time

Will the zine only be shipped in the US? Bc I live outside of the US and would like to buy one, too.

Nope, we’re shipping internationally! It will be through USPS first class, so there is a chance it may take up to eight weeks to arrive, but it will be sent all the same

When will the emails be sent out after applications close? I'm going on a school trip, so I may not be able to respond.

they will be sent out within a few days of applications closing, and I wasn’t planning on announcing a list of contributors until about a week after that to make sure anyone who needs to contact us will have apt time to do so, if that answers your question! 

also I didn’t think it was necessary to have everyone reply, so long as people who have concerns or need to drop out let us know as soon as possible

Can your piece for the zine be an AU or does it have to stay in the canon universe?

AUs are allowed! our only suggestion is to make sure that it could be easily understood without pre-existing context of whatever AU it is, since this is a zine after all

Heyo! How many people have applied? Also, what binding will the zine have?

hello! as of right now, we have 64 applicants (with the ratio of artists to writers being a little over 3 to 2), and the plan is currently to have it be saddle stitched (since it’s cheaper)

Will you send out rejection emails?

yep, everyone who applied will receive an email after the submission period has ended letting them know whether or not they were accepted!
