don’t think i mentioned how much i cherish these two but i never draw them properly, only in quick sketches. So low and behold a quick sketch of these two (can you tell heavy’s my fav)

it’s been like 2 months since i last posted and this is all i could bring myself to draw in these 2 months (dont come after me this is such a low effort post but i feel like i’ve neglected my tumbler recently so the least i could do is update)

and this Javier doodle as well as a clock i saw at the museum of clocks in Ploiești

so i’ve been playing around with my little sister’s alcohol based markers and i took inspiration from @ssavaart’s water colour painting style and just the general way he colors in his art and i managed to whip up these two guys

JAVIER AND JOHN!!! (also i just pray somebody notices the colour coordinations between them☹️) javier was the first one i did and you can see i was a bit unsure of my skills with these markers but if you look at john you can see i got a little more confident and managed to place shadows a little better and play around a bit with the colour scheme. I’m supper proud of how these two portraits turned out and i hope i’ll have time to do more of these!!

this is the main course for my fellow vandermatthews shippers because these two make me sick (i think about them every night)

its been a while since i posted but i got these absolutely amazing acrylic markers for Christmas (they’re called Arrtx im pretty sure you can find them on Amazon and there’s a bunch of color palettes, 10/10 totally recommend) and i’ve managed to whip up some cool sketchbook pages so far

for the record i am ASS at digital art and prefer traditional over anything and everything so this is why it looks better (that and the fact the art from my other post was exactly old)

i’ve had some arcane brainrot as well so prepare for more art!! also the guy in the second pic is my oc Orion and the doodles next to him are made by me and my friends somewhere last week i think :3 (so credits to my friends)

ANYWAYS, i hope this is visually pleasing and i’ll try to update more on my tumblr and im sorry about the lighting my lamp has moodswings
