i really love the difference in the dynamics between these pairings.

Jackieshauna is literally greed and jealousy. Shauna was so hungry for Jackie. She wanted to possess her completely, leave nothing behind. She didn't just want to be with her she wanted to be her. She literally took not just the boyfriend, not just the body, not just the parents.. she took EVERYTHING.

whereas Nigel on the other hand like a loyal dog gives himself to Alex completely. he helps him with Maraklea and opens up his darkest thoughts and desires.

Nigel clocking early on that Alex was a megalomaniac and then deliberately feeding his delusions is something very dear to me. "I've never brought anybody here before. You're the first. Okay? First." He didn't have to repeat it like that. But he did. And then all the talk about being chosen and having a destiny? Insane rizz but specifically for megalomaniacs with delusions of grandure. He knew what he was doing. Alex looked like he was falling into a trance, poor guy.
